It states that the amount you sent was incorrect or not sent at all, best to check uscis.gov and check the filing fee. Then follow the instructions in the letter.

Just to let you know I applied for my passport under normal processing and had it back within 2 weeks. so glad I didnt pay extra for the expedited processing. Hope everyone is doing good and good luck to any still waiting.

Sorry for not updating about this sooner.... My husband's interview was in August, and after a very long day and an intense interview, he was told he passed the test but got a note that no decision could be made at that time. We were both very disappointed of course because even though we knew that was a possibility, we were hoping for an approval right away. We spoke with our lawyer right away, who said there was nothing to do but wait and it may take 2 weeks, 2 months or even longer....
But yesterday we got a text the case had been updated and when we checked the website, we saw this!
We scheduled your oath ceremony for Receipt Number NBC*00000000. We sent a notice with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony to the address you gave us. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by November 17, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Yahoo!!!! One step closer to being done with USCIS!
We are so excited and anxious to know what date the ceremony is! Does anyone know if we call the 1-800 number if they can tell us the date instead of waiting for the notice? Thanks to all who have shared this journey with us, and for those who are still waiting, keep heart!
Congrats to you, the exact thing happened to me they said I could not be approved because the system was down that does the final background check, but like you I got a text message confirming my oath had been scheduled. The letter came within a few days so not long for you to wait now. Enjoy the Oath Ceremony... I did!!!!!!!

Still haven't heard anything after my fingerprinting on 03/01.
I am on vacation for the next couple of weeks. What should I do if I receive an interview date when I am on vacation. How should I reschedule?
Just to let you know when I got my interview date is was a month away so maybe you will be back from vacation if you do receive it when you are away.

I wonder if anyone experienced this, I had my citizenship interview yesterday and was told I passed all the tests and my application was fine. The officer then told me he was unable to complete the final background check as their system was down, and to wait for my oath letter.

Had my interview this morning, very easy, he said that I passed all the tests and my application was fine.
Apparently they do one more background check before they can stamp the file approved and their system was down so he could not approve me.
Saying that he said I should receive my oath letter within a few days.

I would keep it, if you decide to get citizenship they like to see all passports you used with entry to the usa.

You'll be fine! My wife's biggest fear was the English but I don't think that will be an issue for you.
As for the originals, it wasn't a divorce decree, but my wife took the original of my birth certificate with her as requested in the letter, but the IO never asked to see it. The worst that can happen is that your IO will want to see it and you will be given an RFE. It most likely won't be brought up - about the divorce decree, nor about your current spouse's citizenship doc originals. You'll probably be asked at least a few questions about your current spouse though, if you filed under the 3-year rule.
Thanks for your reply, yep English should be ok lol. I have my spouses original birth certificate so that should be good if they ask for it, I have copies of divorce papers so hopefully that will be ok if they even ask for them. I have supplied them so many times since the start of immigration. Its a bit late in the process to now not accept copies.

I am getting pretty nervous now my interview is on the 18th, did you all get nervous too? or is it just me.
Another question it asks for the originals of divorce notices but I only have copies do you think that will be an issue.

Yes the above are correct you have to have met in the 2 years prior to filing, and in anycase you will need photographs to send as proof of meeting.l

I was placed in line for interview on the 15th of march, and still dont have an appointment. Any advice?
Im still waiting too I was put inline on 21st March, Im just assuming my field office is busy, I dont know if I should do anything or just wait it out.

To be honest I wouldnt bother shipping the tower, I did this and because of the different power supply it didnt work as it did at home. Had a new power unit fitted and that was fine for a while. I would just take the hard drive and buy a new pc in the us. Just my experience.
