day 75 hoping I'm more than halfway. 

My dates moved up a couple days! I should really stop checking it though.

I might be wrong but maybe your fiance can expedite it? Because he's active military?

It can translate from Tagalog well enough. better than other Filipino dialects, but it definitely doesn't help you translate English to Tagalog like it can with other languages. haha. It just creates nonsense sentences. 

Once I saw the news I immediately came here. Glad to see the consensus is that this likely won't pass and even if it did it wouldn't effect currently pending cases.

no my question was about my noa1. i was asking where it was. i didn't realize the form i received weeks ago was in fact my NOA1.  hahaha. I expected a form that said "NOA" on it. I assumed this first form was just a receipt number and nothing more. Very embarrassing.

nvm, I got through. Now I know what service center my application is at. Also FYI the agent said that the California service center is working on February applications currently.

Our I129-F was marked as received on the 23rd of June. Still no NOA1. Should I call or is it still too early?

Stillllllllll waiting on NOA1.

sent ours on the 23rd. Received on the 30th. hoping for less than 4 months before NOA2 but according to the timelines page June has higher processing times so we need some luck!

Same thing happened to me 

I was told the G325A is no longer required as it was part of the new I129-F. You may be filling out an outdated form. 

Our case was received! This is very exciting for us because the process feels real now as opposed to just something we have been talking about for a year. 

Ok I've been asking a lot about this as I am getting ready to send it in. I just don't want to get an RFE! I have read the I-129F package assembly guide on here many many times and I have everything on it now BUT I was browsing the RFE master list it says one person got RFE because they didn't include the beneficiary's birth certificate. That's not in the guide, I don't have that. Is that really required at this first stage? 

nice! what about the address section of the money order? USDHS address? 

I'm paying the visa fee and I got a money order from the post office. should I have gone to a bank?

It's a required "seminar" type thing where they educate Philippines citizens before they go over seas. It is required or immigrations won't let her into the main airport terminal without it being done.

It can be done again before or after the interview but they have to affix the certificate/seal, so if before the interview she needs to just go back and they will put it in her passport.

It's cheap... $20-40 I believe it was and takes like 4-5 hours...

At that point you can get a case number MNL*********** and use that to set up and pay for an appointment at St Lukes online or in person at a BPI branch I believe and show receipt of payment at medical. My partner took care of most of this on his end.

 

Once petition arrives in Manila and CEAC has "Ready for interview" you can set up the interview and again pay online or in person.

 

Also don't forget to do CFO, either before or afer interview. If before she needs to return with passport and approved K-1 visa so they can affix proper certificate/stamp for immigrations.

and how do I pay it? I am having a hard time finding info about this fee in particular. 

When do I send that? Is it part of the I129 in addition to the 535$ fee? Or do I send it to my fiance after the i129 is approved with her copy of the package + other requirements?

also remember there will be a medical fee and a fee for the visa for $265.

 

also just so you know the AOS fee after she gets here is at $1225 now I just want to make sure you save up for this as it is very important.
