  1. Applying for a visitor visa and renewing your ESTA are two very different things. I'm not aware of any questions on the ESTA application that pertain to a pending visa, please let me know if I'm wrong.
  2. The forms for renewal are the same as the ones you used to apply originally, I-765 for employment authorization and I-131 for advance parole. Once USCIS receives the applications, her EAD will be automatically extended for 180 days: https://www.uscis.gov/eadautoextend
  3. Once the I-129F is approved and forwarded to the NVC, USCIS has no further part in the process. Not until you get married and file for Adjustment of Status anyway.
  4. There's a lot of contradictory information here. What visa did she last use to enter the US? And has she overstayed her current visa or not? Regardless, I don't see a way for her to get a green card unless you marry her. She'll have to return to Colombia, either now or at the end of her studies, depending on the conditions of her visa.
