I understand everything you are claiming. It’s not enough information to back up your claims. I’ve been in Djibouti for 13 months. Anyone that has received the visa here are under these conditions.Being elderly person... Medical issues...Julie’s first lawsuit..Being on the list that was given from the embassy to redo medical exams...Besides that I haven’t heard anyone just getting a visa like that....I’ve been under administrative processing since October 2017....

On the other hand my neighbor that Was included on thefiest  list to redo the medical..Did his medical exam 16 days ago for his wife..His kids already have the American passports since Sanaa 2006.She hasn’t received anything from the embassy yet.

  3. So this the update for the people that interviewed in the past couple of months.

Your given a paper with 7 questions to answer and send back to the embasssy. The wavier application is sent to DC for decision.People are told it can take 6-8 months.

Regarding the people with approvals before the Ban was reinstated. We are waiting for our lawsuit to be processed through out the courts and do our medicals. We should be hearing something in the next couple of weeks.

  4. I had a friend today go to DR. NICOLAS GEORGALIS office in djibouti to check the new list for re-examination.I been told that there is no list to be shown since the pervious list that was passed around showed the case numbers. However you can have someone go to their clinic with petitioner and beneficiary first and last name and the case number. The clinic will then call the embassy and see if your name appears on the list. If anybody has any other information please share
