  1. Field Office Processing Dates for San Francisco CA as of: June 30, 2016

Form Form Name Processing Cases As Of Date: I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status October 17, 2015

    Some update from my case:

Day 27 since my package received by USCIS (August 31):

    • My receipt numbers haven't work on "USCIS check case" yet (some people said it may take 45 days)
    • Should be receive my fingerprint appt sometimes this week or next week
    • Hopefully, I will get my EAD card by mid Nov (the latest)

Haha, I was expecting my EAD card by late Oct. Am I expecting too much? lol

  2. It's so funny how USCIS works though. There are cases with MSC169147 that are working and cases with MSC169142 that are not working. ?

I'm not quite sure if that number has to do any with process.

You sent your package on 3rd and they received it on 8th (According to USCIS), that is exactly same as mine.

But your number is MSC169145xxx and mine is MSC169147xxx and my number is working.

So... I guess that number doesn't really matter?

  3. Hello.

I received 3 texts last night around 11:30 ish, also emails as well.

When I typed in receipt number this afternoon, it showed that the fingerprint fee was received.

So I checked my account, the check was cashed!!

I sent my package on 3rd by USPS, it showed that it was delivered on 5th (Friday), but on USCIS website, it says they received it on 8th (Monday),

So I am not even sure what my day 0 is for my AOS journey lol

  4. Finally received all three sms/email notifications. They came in from 11:30pm at 5-7 mins interval. Submitted our application on 08/01 and it got delivered on 08/04. That's exactly 12 days after it was delivered. Can't wait to get the NOA-1 in the mail and get fingerprint done. Well, let the the wait begin. Wish all those awaiting notifications all the best.

    Congrats!

Hope they work on mine as well.....

  5. Thanks KatjaBlueMoon,

I will add my timeline to my signature. Am I the only one who irrationally refreshes the USCIS case status site 5 times a day as if that will hurry things along? Got a job starting Sept 19th, so the anticipation (and worry) is building up.

    Hi,

it's not related question, but when you walk-in to Birmingham, AL USCIS, was there a lot of people waiting? Did they stop you because you came earlier?

  6. Nope. Nothing. You? I'm hoping it just comes in the mail and maybe they are just slow to update the website. The website doesn't even say they have sent my approval letter and I received that in May. It just says you are approved and we will mail you an approval letter with more instructions. What about you?

    Hey,

my wife's status online was just updated. They Sent it!!

I don't know how long it will take to get here but better than nothing.

    How about you? Any update?

    Same here.

No updates on the website as well.

Better to think that they are slow to update the website.

  8. Wednesday, because of 4th of July. I just can't believe they would send it last minute. I don't know what'll do if I don't get it by next week.

I totally forgot about 4th of July. Thank you.

Worst case scenario would be that they change your status on their website on Wednesday saying "sent".

Because, in that case, technically they sent before 60 business days.

Hope that doesn't happen, but Im just saying.
