  1. I was going to go mute on this "personal attack" calling someone "ignorant" however, I thought I'll respond - I would STOP personal attacks - I' m not a lawyer or a "client" as you mentioned, I may have mistaken with the wrong category, no one is mistake free. Hold on to your attitude seems like you have applied for a STUDENT VISA to the USA and definitely have to learn many things such as respect of for other and BTW lose the attitude. Thanks & chill S
  2. I was reading a note from an Immigration Lawyer who I know personally - I quote: "USCIS Fiscal year starts OCT 1 - I am expecting things will move forward after October 1st" - I will take this on face value & see what goes on after that date. Hopefully, there will be some movement in priority dates. It's really frustrating but nothing we can do - just wait. Sam
  3. Yes - I noticed that there was no movement however, sometimes they move a bunch together, I remember it moved more than a month last time it moved. I know it's highly frustrating, Nothing we can do - just wait. sam
  4. Pls have patience – it may sound like a broken record however, I have the same issue as my priority date is Sept 2017 – it’s been 7 Yrs & 7 Months- Visa bulletin shows F2B category date of May, 2016. So my petition still is 1 Yr 4 months away. Some times, I get frustrated too. It seems like they haven’t recovered from the delays due to the pandemic of Yr 2020 or whatever their excuse is – it is what it is- have patience. God Bless you.
  5. Any updates from NVC on your case ?

Hi - you did the right thing - however, this market is going to get better in few months. Meanwhile, no movement in "Visa Bulletin Priority dates" - still stuck in mud, spinning their wheels - nothing no one can do - but wait & that is all

      Hi,

Yes, we need to wait until the date becomes current. I hope you're doing well, and I wish you the best of luck!

P.S. If you hear any news about the IT market, please let me know. If the market improves, California is likely to be the first place where we'd notice changes.

      Thanks,
      David

I think - we have to wait until election & the new year hopefully we will have some traction in stalled IT job requisitions. At this point it's all quite.

      Hope for the best.
