i-130 filed for Bringing Canadian born child to US

Can anyone tell answer to this 2 questions: 1) After form i-130 is approved an no other forms are filed (such as D260 & i-864). Can the beneficiary of that (approved) i-130 come to US from Canada on just a visit to see the parent for two weeks and go back to Canada. 2) If the beneficiary of an i-130 already has a US/Canada Nexus card, will it make a difference in the interview.
