thanks. i couldnt find my w2's from 2014 to 2015. i have the 2013. is there any other way? or if i get a tax transcript, is there a fee?

Tax returns. The 1040, the one I got after filing taxes are the ones I sent  How do i get my w2's? do i have to pay and order it? I really don't know. 

Uh oh. I just send Federal tax Returns for year 2015,2014 and 2013. No W2's. 

I am surely getting an RFE then?

I sent our AOS packet on the 21st and they received on the 23rd. No email or txt notif yet.. Hmmm ?

yah, i have heard stories that some lawyers doesn't really pay attention. they just want your money.

I got money order from USPS. Their maximum is 1,000 dollars so I had 3 money order cheques. 

1st cheque: 1,000$

2nd cheque: 140$

3rd cheque: 85$ (i put Biometrics on the Memo)

Lol. i have no way of checking if they cashed it yet or not. I hope it works. I mailed our packet on the 22nd..

aww. so his actual driving test is on the 24th. and the letter said they will cancel his drivers license number on the 26th. I will file the AOS by Saturday (waiting for marriage cert). So we need to wait a little more while again

They ran this along with passport, visa, expired i-94, SSC, marriage certificate (I'm the wife and changing name) for me and it was fine. I'm  also in TX.  I got my license for one year.

aw. i haven't sent the AOS package yet  do you know how long does it take to receive NOA1 after sending the packet? I am so worried reading stories that USCIS are slow right now..

I am confused. My fiancé applied for a drivers license (TX) and passed the written test already. Just waiting for the actual test. 

Then we got a letter that they are cancelling his drivers license unless we show them proof that his lawful status has been extended. What proof do we need? 

I haven't sent the AOS packet yet.. Please, help..
