    Hi! Mine also says National Benefits Center..isnt it really supposed to be there? My tracking also starts with MSC. I could check my case online though. It only says "Fingerprint fee was received"

    i have money order of three seperate money order of  1000$ +225$=1225$ for me and one seperate money order of 750$ for my k2 son. I just called the uscis and they said it may be accepted or not. It better to send in one check. But we dont have bank account and money order limit is 1000$ each moneyorder.

    I did. it was accepted.

    aww. what error? and how do we know if its the right NOA1? Why are they being like this.. its already stressing us all out with all the waiting...

    And also I think I messed up while signing my son's application coz i signed my name in the "Preparer other than the applicant"  plz help me where to sign in k2 aos. Thankx

     

     

    aw, im sorry i dont know anything about the k2 AOS. Did you at least put a note on the money order that payment was combined? And is it really a rejection notice and not an RFE?

     

    How about make an infopass apointment to your local USCIS and talk to someone personally there and explain the situation. Its bettet to go than to just call.

    Today we got out Form I-797C saying Rejection Notice with all our documents sent. We came on k1 and k2 visa and filed our AOS on Feb 10, received USCIS on Feb 13.

     

    It says- " Please be sure to complete the application fully, submit the appropriate fees, and include all required supporting documents" in the letter.

     

    We had sent 2 money order of $1000 and $975 for k1 and k2 altogether. We wanted to send one money order of $1,975 (since we seen in some post people talking abt doing one money order/check for k1 and k2  incase k2 got rejected we dont ve to pay  full fee for filing alone) but the moneygram each money order limit is $1000 , we couldnt send one money order and we sent 2 money order of $1000 and $975 .

     I think we got rejected becoz we suppose to send  $1225 ($1140+$85) for my AOS and $750 for my son's AOS seperately. 

     

    When we called USCIS today my Receipt No. Of FORM I-797C, Notice of Action was not in the system (since notice date is written February 22, 2017 in it) and the officer  said it takes some days to be in the system and for k1 and k2 we need to send seperate money order of $1225 and $750.

     

    Here my question is how you guys sent the money order of $1225  in one money order? Plz help . Am really frustated now.

     

    aww. I kind of did the same thing. I sent our packet on Feb 22nd, received on the 24th but still no text nor email notification. 

     

    My money order was separated into 3.

     

    1st cheque: 1,000 dollars (maximum in the post office)

     

    2nd cheque: 140 dollars (remaining fee since its 1,140$)

     

    3rd cheque: 85$ ) i labeled it Biometrics fee on the memo)

     

    i hope thats okay. I haven't heard anything from them sooo i dont know either..
