No its not-- you will have to mail the hard copy of all the documents

This is our second application for a CR-1. BUT this question implies that they are asking if a person other than myself has filed a petition for him. Do I put "yes" or "no"?

if it was you, who filed a petition for your spouse before, and for some reason you are filing it again then it will be "NO"

your case would be in queue  to be scheduled for an interview. usually embassies issue interview date at the end of each month. so wait for your case to be scheduled for interview. it may take  a bit time depending  on how many cases are there before you. you will get an email for interview date.

Embassy said you will receive ur passport within10 to 12 days but my concern is the number of days after status is changed to issued

Ceac site is showing ISSUED status since 11th jan but still i didn't get my passport. and still SMSA courier doesn't have any information about it. how many days usually it takes for passport to be received??? in RIYADH KSA

yes its normal usually when you didn't get 221g. after one or two days it will be changed to issued

after three days AP changed to issued just now

yes you can change your interview place by change of address request to NVC but it will add a little delay

if you have mentioned your present address KSA. and selected country of interview Saudi arabia, NVC will transfer your case to Riyadh embassy for interview. and number which will be assigned to case will start wit letter "RID"

if your case was completed on 28th dec your case will be in Queue to be scheduled for an interview in embassy. once its scheduled you will receive an interview letter in email. and usually they schedule interviews in the first week of the month

I got Approved yesterday. It was the first immigration visa interview of year 2017 in my embassy

Hi JFH, Thanks for the well wishes. God is good. I had a 221g for missing a Singapore US Embassy requirement record of marriage from Singapore under my maiden name, (I had one but with my married name) and they want 2016 W2 and 1040 from my joint sponsor.

Once submitted it should be good CO said. Don't know exactly how long they process 221G here. Hope my sister in law file her taxes soon.

Hi every body,

I had an interview today for IR1 visa, it went very well, in the end interview person told me everything is fine and congrats me also and told that my passport will come by courier within 5 days.

Now when i checked my status online, it shows visa under administrative processing and it may take several months.

Does it happen to anyone? Or anybody has the idea what it could be?
