My husband’s cousin and some of his friends have been over to visit us. Are you referring to them coming on a tourist visa? They have to apply themselves and show strong ties JA. And just mentioning that they would be “helping” with the baby is a not a good idea as it would be illegal to “work“ on a tourist visa. What I have noticed in JA is that if one has what is perceived as a good job, they can easily get a visitor’s visa. Several of my husband’s friends who have businesses and some of his family members who work at the bank and in law enforcement do have visas. Good luck and congrats on the baby!!!! It may be difficult to prove he has intentions on going back to JA. He would have to show strong ties to the country.
