  1. Hi All,

I'm about to submit my i-751, I've looked through the evidence thread but I wanted to get a second opinion on the strength of my evidence.

    -         Copies of the petitioner’s passport and green card.

    -         Copies of joint tax transcripts from the IRS for the following years: 2018, 2017, 2016.

    -         Copy of petitioner’s employment benefits showing spouse as the beneficiary for life insurance and accidental death and disability insurance.

    -         Copy of spouse's benefits information  showing petitioner as the primary beneficiary/Joint health insurance.

    -         Copies of petitioner and spouse's employee profiles showing marital status and emergency contacts.

    -         Copy of transaction history from joint checking account between 2017 and  2019. - Mortgage payments made from this account

    -         Copies of petitioner’s paychecks showing direct deposit into joint checking account.

    -         Copies of spouse's paychecks showing direct deposit into joint checking account.

    -         Credit Card statements for 2018/19 showing petitioner as authorized user/transaction history

    -         Copy of car title showing joint ownership.

    -         Copy of joint car loan.

    -         Copy of insurance letter addressed to both of us.

    -         Copy of drivers licenses showing communal address.

    -         Photographs of spouse's family's most recent trip to  visit  us.

Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks.

  2. And what happens if you don't cancel the papers? Are you going to marry someone who you're not on speaking terms with?! It will cause more issues if the consulate believes she is committing marriage fraud by pursuing a K1 visa and if you just ignore it, the petition will eventually expire and be returned to USCIS. So whether you cancel it now or wait the outcome will be the same. She may experience additional questioning when applying for a visitor visa however there isn't much you can do about that.
