Ours did that to and then it switched back to issued and she got the visa a couple days later. Don't know if it's different for cr1 and k1 visas

My wife is about to travel on the 23rd from the Philippines to the US on a cr1 visa and she ran into an issue checking in for her flight thru the Delta app because she's on a one way ticket. Apparently, she has to check-in in person at the airport because there is no return flight. She has her passport, visa and the sealed envelope the embassy provided her, does anyone know if she needs anything else to check in and not run into a problem?

They kept my wife's passport but told her she was approved and she also was given the pamphlet on domestic violence. The CO told her she should get her visa in about 5-10 days. Have you tried contacting the embassy?

Just got off with the NVC and I have an interview date for March 2nd!

She said they are scheduling today.

Some people are just that way unfortunately. Seems like that call center has a good deal of reps that lack people skills. Its rough sitting on hold that long and not getting anywhere. Hang in there and try again

When they tell you one is not available politely request a supervisor call back. I had one call me back at 11pm while the case was still under supervisor review

I spoke to a rep last night and she said as far as she knew they were done scheduling interviews for February so the earliest would be March if there was a slot open
