Hi! Did you get any updates?
Hi! Yes, I did receive my letter and my appointment was for 2/10. I completed it with no issues and my status updated shortly after to say that my fingerprints were received. I hope you hear something soon!

I received my biometric letter this past Friday, I’m a Texas filer. My appointment is February 10th.

Hi everyone,
I started following this thread because I’m also a Texas filer. I was starting to get worried because I hadn’t gotten my biometric letter yet, when others who filed elsewhere the same time I did were getting theirs. I filed December 2019, and I got my notice letter in the mail about two weeks later. And today I got home from work and my biometric letter was in the mail! I’m scheduled to go February 10th.

Is there anyone on this thread who’s case is at the Texas service center? My case number starts with SRC.
Just getting a little worried as a lot of people seem to getting biometric letters, and I haven’t received anything aside from my NOA.

Hey everyone! We mailed the ROC application on December 16th, it arrived December 19th, and today I got home from work and the NOA was in the mailbox! The notice date says 12/23, and it’s at the Texas service center.
So I guess now we wait!

I received my green card this past Monday! So thankful to be done with this process for a little while, praying for everyone still waiting! Good luck everyone

We had our interview at the Atlanta field office this morning, and it went great!
We had barely sat down before we were called in and our officer was very friendly and personable. She went through my I-485 and I confirmed the information, she asked if we had any other documentation to include. I gave her a copy of the deed to our house, our health insurance information, a letter from a donation we made in both of our names, and a few more pictures from our wedding. She asked wear we got our wedding rings, where my husband worked and for his date of birth. I’m sure there were a few other questions but that’s what I can remember, she then told us she was approving us and gave us a letter stating so!!
I’m so excited for this part to be over, and she said it could take about 30 days to get the card in the mail! I had put in a request to change our address and received a letter from USCIS saying it was changed, but our interview letter was addressed to the old place. She updated our address, so hopefully we don’t have to chase down my green card like we did the EAD!
Good luck everyone still waiting! And don’t rely on the tracking app, because my status still hasn’t updated and we got the interview letter 3 weeks ago!!

Congrats!! Did your status ever change to interviewed scheduled before getting the letter?
Thanks! No it didn’t change, and I’ve been checking daily for the last few weeks because I was hoping for a change!

Got my card finally! After a headache trying to chase down the letter because it was mailed to my old address, I contacted USPS and they were able to hold the letter at the post office for me before it was out for delivery!
I'm so relieved!! Good luck to everyone stil waiting!!

Was your approval date also August 2?
That's when my card went in to production.

Did you get an update as to it being mailed/any updates on the website since it was approved last week? I was also approved on August 2 and trying to gauge when it is coming.
I did! On August 4th it changed to card has been mailed.

I finally got the notification that my EAD was approved! It changed to new card being produced yesterday, and I had received my AP approval notice in the mail and it was approved on July 18.
Now I have to make sure it gets mailed to the right address, I had called and spoke to a tier 2 agent and she said that the online request I had made wasn't accepted. I had her submit the change again for me, and she said it should be changed by the weekend.

You will probably have no problems at all with both the situations... keep praying and hope for the best... just call and check again if u haven't received it within a week or 2... best of luck...Love your positivity! Thank you! I hope everything goes smoothly for you as well!

that's surprising on both counts but i have seen at least one occasion listed on this forum of the AP notice or email coming and not the EAD but on that occasion i think the person received the combo card anyways he was surprised too as usually people get updates on their EADs and not their APs and when they get the card its usually an EAD/AP combo... the second part about the USPS rerouting is also surprising as i too read somewhere that they cant do that with USCIS letters... well i guess u just got lucky and avoided a 3 week delay while they reprocessed it... Lets just pray and hope that this doesn't happen with the actual card... best of luck with the rest of your process...
Thanks for your response! I hope I have the same situation as the other person you mentioned and I get both!
Just a little concerned about the address thing, I called and the agent said it can take up to 30 days for the address to change in their system. I changed our address on June 23, and the letter I received was postmarked on July 19 so not quite 30 days! I really hope that it's changed now, so if I do receive the EAD there are no issues with delivering it. I'm hoping and praying!

I got a notice in the mail today saying my AP was approved but nothing about my EAD! Anyone else encounter this?
And it was strange because I had changed my address online, but this has the forwarding sticker on it from USPS. It was addressed to our old apartment and forwarded to our house which I thought they couldn't do.

Hey!
When my family brought my belongings down from Canada, I sent them proof of my status in the US, a copy of my passport, a notarized letter specifically listing their names, and the CBP form with a detailed itemized list.
You need to fill in the CBP form as it requires your signature, and you have to list the items on it. What I did was put the furniture items on the actual form, and then wrote 'see attached list' for everything else.
Hope that helps!

112 days and still nothing. I had raised another SR last week, checked the status on the USCIS site just now and it said it was completed and they sent a response. I got an email from the first SR, but haven't gotten anything yet for this one.
Hoping I will get something soon!

108 days, no RFE/RFIE still no news. I am getting worried a little bit. 1 week has passed and my SR still hasn't been assigned. Anyone is still in a similar situation?
I'm at 107 days, no RFE/RFIE and I haven't heard anything yet!
I filed a second SR on Tuesday, but haven't gotten a response.

Day 101 with no RFIE/RFE ! Everytime we have familly parties I get ask about it and it makes me feel really bad. I filled a service request on June 15th, on June 22 they said my case was under review and I should have news soon. No news yet.
I'm the same, day 100 with no RFIE/RFE. And I had the same response to my service request, that it was under review so I was expecting to hear something by now!
I also had to change my address since we moved and it's making me nervous that it wasn't actually updated!

Thanks! I was surprised too, every time I checked the processing times for Texas it said 14-18 months!
