Congratulations. When will be your trip? Keep in mind card takes about 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive.
Thank you! I don't think It will take that long for me. However, if it does I will be fine.

I bought my ticket Friday evening to travel. Later on in the night I checked my status and card was mailed. So happy that they mailed it, I'm even happier that it was mailed the same day I bought my ticket.

Interview went great, she just asked a few questions.
Where did we meet?
What did we do yesterday?
What my husband does?
She asked to show the documents we have, we gave her mortgage bill, engagement receipt, tax return documents with both our names on it,pay stubs, and she took my birth certificate and looked at it.It wasn't hard at all. She said congratulations! I'm approving you right now. She gave me an approval letter and a paper with information when my conditional status begins and when it ends. I just checked my status online it said, New card is being produced. Thanks to everyone who helped me here. Finally, the wait is over. -

If circumstances have changed, you need an updated i864 and its supporting docs to take them to the interview
Well, I'm bringing the old one that I submitted last year with my other documents. It hasn't been a drastic change. My husband is making more money instead of less. Therefore, I'll just bring the pay stubs and a job letter. If he had a sponsor, then I would probably need a new form

Good morning, I have a question. Can I bring the I864 that was submitted already to adjust my status or do I need to fill out a new one? My husband got a new job after he filed my papers, so I was wondering if I need to update the paper work. My husband said, he would bring a job letter, tax return forms and pay stubs to show he has a new job. However, he wouldn't change what was already on the old I864. I would appreciate your feedback

My vaccination record is already updated. I came over on a fiance visa from Jamaica, and I did my medical there. My medical isn't expired as yet. They said it's expired after15 months. I recently got some vaccine shots here too.

Hi, good morning everyone. My interview is the 07/05/17. I just want to know if I need to do a new medical.I heard everyone talking about gonorrhea test. The interview notice didn't state that though. Please share your views.

Thank you for replying. Yes, I made an info-pass to visit them. My husband will attend with me, he was very upset about the situation.
I'll hear what they have to say.

Hello! Good evening everyone. On June1st I went to my local field office, where my case is located.
The immigration officer told me that my case was scanned on May 31s1st and placed in the fiance section.
However, I told her my situation, and she left and spoke with her supervisor. The supervisor told her that
I will get a decision on the 06/20/17. Well,I checked my case status today a couple of times and I haven't seen anything.
Well, she even brought out my case and showed me that everything was fine, and I was also eligible for a waiver.
My background check, payments and everything. She wrote a piece of note and clamped it on my case with the date I'll get
my decision. I haven't heard anything since the start of the day
Do you think it will change later in the night? Thank you

Hope you hear something soon.
While you're waiting you may want to take some time to update your timeline. Also, correct your profile "filed for" to adjustment of status. That way your posts will go to the proper forums.
Good Luck!
Thank you.

Hi, good morning everyone! So I made an appointment, and I got an info pass.
I spoke with an Immigration officer, he told me that they received my case at the office on the 31st of March,
and they normally take 60 days to review it and make the decision. He said it's 90% of chance I won't be getting an interview.
(eligible for a waiver)
He also said that I should just hold on a little more. Hopefully, I'll hear something in this month or early June,

They could be working on August petitions for two months, depending on the volume of petitions from that month. (Example)
ok. Thanks.

They updated their page on February 28. So they are working on petitions from August 6 since Feb.
Everybody explained this processing date differently. I thought they would be working on September cases now, going on to October. Since of February 28 they were dealing with August 6.So, from February 28 to April 29 would be a 2 months gap.

It depends on how busy it is at the local office when you get an interview. It can take a while.
Yea, so true.

Also, if your petition is still at MSC and hasn't been transferred to your local field office, you are more likely to have your interview waived. Which as others have said, it can take a bit longer to get the letter telling you that you are approved, but then you don't have to worry about an interview. We had this happen to us, it took longer to get the notice then others that had to schedule an interview but we didn't have the headache of having to do an interview.
OK, my case was transferred on the 23 of March 2017 to the local office.
