Yeah what happened with mine is that my RFE was for a letter form my husbands job to show that he makes enough above the poverty guidelines and since they recieved it 11/24/06 they have not touched or mailed me anything.Im guessing my 90 days started all over again due to the RFE. It vaccums but I have to wait.

I have not recieved a touch ever since 11/27/2006 or my EAD everyone else who applied @ the same time I did in Oct and had RFEs just like I did already have their interview date or a touch of some kind.Is anyone else feeling me on this issue.I have been trying to tell myself that is the holidays but obviously not. My case staus says its in the Missouri center !?!?

Yeah just to add my complaint to it I have not been touched either since 11/27 I need my EAD so I can renew my DL otherwise I will be in trouble . Cant drive illegally!? Anyway we have all got to wait until they finish Christmas shopping and gift wraping and then MAYBE they will get back to work.

I wish they would touch me as often!? Im not sure what they r waiting for m getting aggrivated

IM NOT SURE HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR USCIS TO RESCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT BUT I THINK YOUR QUESTION SHOULD ACTUALLY BE HOW HARD IS IT TO CHANGE AN INTERVIEW DATE. MY WILD GUESS WOULD BE MONTHS !!!!

Does anyone else have a similar timeline with mine and has already go their EAD ?? I hear they r trying to get rid of EADs so could that be the delay? Are they trying to hold off approving my EAD and just make me wait for the interview? My DL will expire in a month and I need something to show my legal status b4 I can renew it. What can I do?

I have not had a touch since 11/27 Im thinking they r just doing holiday shopping online instead of working on the piles of cases. I need something to happen soon coz when my DL expires in Feb. 07 I will need something to prove my legal status but I dont have smack coz they have not done anything with my case yet. I need them to send my EAD at least.Apart from praying I dont know whta else to do.

We are not ready to have a child yet but Im very skeptical because I feel like my husband will not love our child together as much as he loves his 1st born by another woman. You know how women have a 6th sense. I know Im not paranoid. With that much said I do not want to give birth to a child who will be recieving 2nd hand love but I do want to have a child eventually !!!! I just need to vent.

Have they slowed down on approving EADs or what? I mean most pple get their EAD like a few days b4 the interview. Since they recieved my application in Oct. my EAD had not been touched for a while?! Okay your do not need to apply for AP if u dont intend to leave the country. Save your money. As for EAD you never know when your green card will be approved some pple take months while some take years.

Here is how mine went.

I went to the civil surgeon 1st and got the full medical exam and then he told me the shots I needed then he offered to give them to me but I told him I wanted my family doctor to do it. So I got the necessary blood work from my doctor and it also turned out I was immune to all the shots he said I needed. I found all this out because my family doctor actually tested my blood to see if I really needed the shots and all I had to take to the civil suregeon was the sheet from the lab with all the results saying I was immune to all the things he wanted me to get shots for.

I'm just curious as to everyones opinion on relationships and which race is considered the most faithful. Men and women. ?!

Is there anything I can do ?? I mean can I report the bloody lawyer ? To who and how?? Of course I will only do it when my case is thru. Aaaaaaargh !!!!!!!!!!

Now if I fire my lawyer I will be wasting money coz she cannot return it to me. Although Im already loosing have her lazy butt doing the filing for me. I mean she was recomended by a friend who @ the time had no idea she was a bee eye tee cee h. Anyway all I can do is cross my finger , toes and pray. So much for my $1,200 ouch.................

Is it me or is it a pain to use a lwayer than not to use one !!!?? I mean getting things done in that office is so hard I wonder why I paid them. Im just hoping no one goes thru what Im going thru. For instance when they got my letter for the RFE no one contacted me to let me know they needed something !! If not for me being computer wise I would probaby find out after they think my application was abandoned. Well I just feel like complaining.

My lawyer advised me that a letter from my husbands employer is all they need showing his current income.

I actually recieved 2 different letters for my biometrics appointment for the AOS and EAD so that is not unusual but the had the same appointment date on them. Im not sure if this helps u or not.
