We have received the NOA2 and are awaiting word for the interview and medical exam in Rio.  My girlfriend has asked me to attend the interview which I will do but our question is about the medical exam.  I only have enough time to arrive and attend the interview.  Can someone tell me the timeline on getting the medical exam?  Must the beneficiary have the results of the exam when attending the interview?  I will arrive on Saturday, travel with her to Rio for the interview which I understand is always on Tuesday.  Can she get the medical exam on Monday and have the interview on Tuesday?  This is very important because I can only stay in Brazil for 4 or 5 days.

If it says an interpreter was used just say that. I don’t mean to be rude but I will never be able to understand how a relationship works when the couple doesn’t speak the same language. I think that’s one of the many reasons they’re so tough on these processings because they can’t seem to understand how that can work. Sign your wife up for some English classes or get her a tutor. She’s not gonna make it in America if she doesn’t speak English.

I paper clipped it all together.  I have read that when the package arrives that the binder or any other cover used to hold the documents is discarded, they will hole punch and put your application into their binder for processing.

We use WHATSAPP.  The chat logs are saved on both ends and if one party loses their phone, the other can send the entire chat to them when a new phone is purchased.
 
I generated a chat log and Whatsapp emailed it to me and I put it in a word processor and chose 3 or 4 conversations per month.  (copy and paste to a new document)
