I too am surprised that this thread has not been closed. The OP is trying to find out how to enter the US on his fraudulently obtained F1 visa. He wants to avoid trouble at the POE. The moderators are asking him probing questions about how much he lied. He stated he was married but put someone else's name "...i put MARRIED on the form but it was not my wife name..." Note, he did not say he did not put her name but that the name he put was not that of his wife. He rightfully deserves a lifetime ban.

I am not familiar with the details of the DS160; if there is a space for the spouses name, and you put a wrong name, you lied, and yes it could be considered material miss-rep, as she is a USC, and that can lead to a lifetime ban from any visas. If you simply put "married", and there is no space for the details, and they never asked then you should be fine.
Isn't there also a space for listing any relatives you have in the USA though? If there is, and you didn;t mention your USC wife, again that is a big problem.

Wait for the letter to arrive in the mail. You can see RFE online before the letter comes in the mail with the instructions.
