I called USCIS , the officer said the processing time for the MSC cases is 6 months. Hopefully she's right!
4 hours ago, gregcrs2 said:Is processing time the time it takes to get a "ready to schedule for interview"? If so, our MSC processing time was about 3 months. Now already waiting about 3 1/2 months in "ready to schedule for interview" mode.

Same boat here submit in January 2019 and been on ready to sechdule since April... So we are month byeond the 6 month... I wonder if submission of to much evdiance make them less interested to go through big bulk of papers.. also this article talking about USCIS team shifts focused to support on the south border

What you all think how that will affect process time if that bill take effect. USCIS is already super loaded ... If there is no cap they will have to process cases on shelf from years ago.. 😨

Are you tracking January cases only?
I'm trying to believe in maybe it will be fast this time...
7 minutes ago, Duncan21 said:That's awesome! I'm sure tracking all these cases takes a lot of time - thanks! Were these cases 19904XXX, 19905XXX etc?
I'm looking and tracking only 19904xxxxx
-
Five of the cases I'm tracking flipped to card picked up by USPS...former status ready to schedule an interview.. that interesting news .. hopefully they keep pushing... That's how they will reduce backlog good cases with legit papers and no red flags will be done fast.. that's just my assumption.

It could mean there will be more I-751s approved without interviews. My analysis indicates that I-751 interviews are not needed due to the extremely low number of denials.
It's great we get information like that from USCIS directly about they are working to speed up the process.

Interesting article from USCIS.. this update today..
https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-aims-decrease-processing-times-n-400-and-i-485
Hopefully that won't delay I-751 process

153 case is not trend! Everyone just relax and process will take whatever time .it depends on local office and MSC.
Never said it's trend my friend.. it's just away to see others in same boat as us all. Please be positive. Agree with you it will all depend on local office.

My point is after ready to be scheduled it shouldn't be anything but interview date otherwise it will open the door for loooooong waiting time.
Thanks for your thoughts and inputs.. yea I agree with you. Seems that status will be long process.. it's interesting that some goes from interview scheduled to interview cancelled and notice mailed then they get approved... Hopefully we get clear trend soon

as I promised to look in more of the 19904 numbers ...
i searched the first 5000 case and its time consuming ...
found only so far 153 751 cases in those 5000..
interesting thing some other cases like 485 .. 765, 130 .. have received date December 2018 . so my guess 19904 doesn't mean only January 2019 ..
i will keep looking when i have time ..
interesting status was transfer to new office has jurisdiction? i guess that mean 100% you getting interview .. any thoughts..
and again i'm not saying this trend or anything this just us looking in numbers..
Status # Case % Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview 101 66.01% Interview Was Scheduled 16 10.46% Fingerprint Review Was Completed 11 7.19% Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction 8 5.23% Card Was Mailed To Me 5 3.27% Response To USCIS ; Request For Evidence Was Received 3 1.96% Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It 2 1.31% Interview Cancelled And Notice Ordered 2 1.31% Interview Cancelled 2 1.31% Request for Initial Evidence Was Mailed 1 0.65% Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office 1 0.65% Case Was Received 1 0.65% Grand Total 153 100.00% -

I'm not trying to be negative but what is the general trend how many cases @HGH tracking. How do you know it's January's... I think our wait time will be year at least
I will try to put up Excel sheet with all cases I'm tracking.
25 minutes ago, Vitran said:HGH data is legit.
and I have to disagree with you. I blv most of our cases will be done in less than a yr.
Thanks for the trust we just trying to understand and find light 🙏 in the end of the long tunnel..
16 minutes ago, MMteam said:I like your hopes and I wish they are true. I'm just trying to figure if that really trend or just couple of cases HGH is tracking
Mm I never said that's trend I just share what I see .
15 minutes ago, missileman said:MSC is kind of unknown territory right now.........hopefully, this will be a trend.
💯 agreed MSC is very special center you never know... I see some cases in March thread is approved so who knows
-
New case I'm tracking flipped directly from ready to schedule interview to case approved!! I like that too... If they are already working on January 2019 cases there is hope for everyone maybe sending our cases to MSC was not bad after all?

Thank you.
they didnt ask for her, she just flue all the way back to Abu Dhabi to talk to him and ask him to let me in faster, under some circumstances you can expedite the visa issuance so she interviewed and my case was expedited.
Wish all of us get our GC soon.
Thanks for clarifying. I hope they count all our CR1 interview as USCIS one . And again interview or not I will take one if it means we finish fast

I forgot to mention when I was getting my visa to get inside us, the day after my interview with consular , my wife went back to Abu Dhabi and interviewed with him again.
He got our case expedited and I got into us in 3 weeks.
Hopefully they consider that an interview and waive ours aswell too.
Interesting so you both had interview on different days? But why embassy interview USC. I wish that helps you get waived and no interview for you

got a spreadsheet like Parsha does?
No I tracked few cases . If I have time this weekend would try to bring them in spread sheet. Unless Parsha has same info

I really like that last one!!!! I wish it was my wife's....😁 Bring on the 19908xxxxs!!!!
Same wish here it all depends on local office. MSC is just rock starts

Interview waivers????? direct to approval???
That's my only guess and I hope it's true. Files goes to local office and then they determine they don't need interviews
-
Here we go again 4 cases I'm tracking that changed from interview scheduled to, interview cancelled and notice sent and one of them went to RFE.. interesting time for January fillers MSC19904*****

I was hoping we would get lucky enough to have an interview before departing USA for a few months at end of July. Now we are just hoping to get an interview notice before leaving so that we can reschedule an interview. It would cost us an extra $2000 to interrupt our vacation to fly back for an interview so we are not keen on doing that. But maybe we will not get a interview notice until we get back in September.
Good luck 👍, please reconsider reschedule idea... just finish the process. If you can in my opinion reschedule might delay you more

Not sure what he means. @HGH You were approved without an interview??
Not me it was one of the cases around our number to see the trend around our case

Great!!!!! So there IS hope....LOL!!!
I wish it's all about which officer looking at the case and if the papers is enough to him or her.
At least we not like other center long Limbo without even biometric or extension letter... Good things coming our way!!
-
3 minutes ago, missileman said:
Wait...are you saying that an MSC case was approved without an interview???
Yes I was tracking couple of cases this specific one . Went from fingerprint to ready to schedule interview then to interview scheduled then this Monday switched to interview cancelled and notice mailed then boom today it switch to approve.. so my guess they wavied it

Great news the same case I shared about.. now got switched to approve so means they got wavived the interview even after it was scheduled... That's nice . I think once local office receive case they revaluate it ... That's good trend and fast for MSC...
