I called just to see what will be said knowing what will be said ..and it's same thing they said we ask that you wait until after 6 months for Potomac....so yeah that's the status keep on waiting and waiting and have hope that this process will end soon and you'll be reunited with your loved one (s) soon hopefully within a year

Soon I'll hit 6 months about 182 days and someone said their case took about 188 days for it to be approved. I hope that's the case. Next week it will be 6 months (PD 10/09 transfer 11/9)

If they say 6 months at Potomac then that means May 9 would be 6 months there and total with start from October will be 7 months I hope that's not the case ???this is getting so frustrating and stressful ☹️☹️☹️???

I submitted an inquiry and it said by April 20th I'll have an answer to my inquiry so as of now it's pointless to wait for a reply.

My PD is 10/9 and transfer is 11/09 and still nothing and I doubt I'll get anything anytime soon. :/ I wish by mid April we would all get an approval

My sister received request for evidence on Saturday but the update on the ins said they sent out the request for evidence March 28 which is a lie since we got it Saturday that means they sent it out last week.

They look at the tax 2014,2013,2012,2011. I am still waiting too and haven't heard anything i think we won't hear until April or May

I downloaded the case tracker! It's wicked cool now I don't have to remember my case number it's added as a case so I can see the updates if they decide to update anything! Two weeks Bosnia before we both hit the 6month mark! ??????

Put it through and it'll give you a date of when you can expect a reply. I did it for my sister and it said to expect a reply April 16 ? That's after our 6 month mark

May I point out that some of us who are still waiting past the 5 month mark are from Iraq, Bosnia, Morocco, and Tunisia :/

Yup it's all I think bc of these fudging groups! They're making it especially harder for men I think.

I think for parents it quicker to be approved bc you have nothing to prove beside that they're your birth parents. So congrats to everyone who was approved.

Just got my noa2! A physical copy stating my approval and on march 22 my case was sent to visa center ! I was wondering if those who got approved already can help me out a bit! What will come next ? And what should i get ready now?

Next you'll get a packet which is easy you'll pay some fee and send in an agent I think form that says who will receive the stuff and it will be you acting as agent for your spouse and after and or before they'll ask for passport pics of her/ or him and they'll ask you send fee for visa and also you'll need to do sponsorship paperwork and you'll need your 3 year taxes.

Am from Iraq but was raised in the US but am not Arab am Kurdish from Kurdistan, Iraq but still I think bc of ISIS they're being very very careful yet Kurds are the ones kicking ISIS butt!

I didnt remember anywhere in the I30 where it says both petitioner and beneficiary need to send passport pic. Things might change recently. Or i was just blind when reading the instruction

I didn't send one in and my sister didn't. They already sent me the request for evidence and I sent them the passport picture and my sister hasn't been sent a request for evidence but she went and had her picture taken and I will have her send one picture before the request for evidence and see if they actually get it and we will keep one until she gets her request for evidence.

if they want your passport picture that means you didnt send it in when you sent everything els so dont worry ..

But I-130 requires husband photograph not mine that's why I didn't send one in before. I hope you and I get approved soon though

I haven't received an approval...it still the same...they just wanted my passport photo...so now Ill see if I get approved or denied....it'll hit 6 months April 9th...and still waiting....I can't wait tell I get the approval and it gets sent to National visa center

ins updated my status stating they received my request for evidence. so, now Ill just keep waiting...
