@AkesAngel - I just want to say thank you for doing what you do. I really appreciate it. 

Its done on PC with a script geowrian wrote ... its nothing that works on android or iphone.
And all data is worked on by excel after ...

Starting to get bummed.  Malen is very stressed and it effecting our relationship. Our case is like number five on the list of Dec 23 rd filers. Malen is trying to keep occupied. I made a comment about that being good and not wanting a crazy woman yelling at me. I even sent a kiss emoji. 😘 Then later that evening she let me know that to her it wasn't a  joke to her and I got angry that she couldn't see the funny part of my joke. I was hoping that a application approval would brighten both of our days.  Here's to hoping we all get approved and that little jokes don't blow up in our faces thanks for listening I know you guys get it 
i don't mean to air our dirty  laundry publicly but you all know how much stress is added the closer you get  V/r Jon & Malen ( sorry for the long post.

Case status changed to Approved 45 minutes ago. Still shaking. 
Hang on in there, guys! It's gonna come anytime soon now.  

For what it's worth, once our case left USCIS I started calling NVC. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. I got the canned reply of "It can take X amount of days to get here". Once I received my NVC case number and invoice number I started calling Monday and Fridays. After a couple of days I started calling everyday. Everyone was always very polite and chatty at times. It was put into AP. When I spoke with one lady she explained it's not the black hole but just what they call it. It is their normal processing. So don't stress. 
I was stressed when on 2 separate occasions I was told it was out of AP only to be told the next time I called I was still in AP. Apparently they didn't scroll far enough down to see that on the screen. Today I called and the lady was very nice and empathetic but said she couldn't even give me an estimate. I was a little dejected to say the least. As I stated in my previous post I checked the ceac website as I do about 1 billion times a day and imagine my shock when I read "in transit". 
I have everything needed for her interview and it's already in country. All she has to do is attend her physical and get the police letter then show up and knock the interview out of the ball park and pack her belongings and I'll be flying to bring her home. 

Walked out of Manila embassy a couple of hours ago....
 
The man behind the glass asked us questions.

Sorry for the past week rant, I guess it was worth it.. idk..  Thank everyone who has been supportive through all this proccess... I'd been crazy right now if it wasn't because of you.

We got our approval!! So excited! Keeping my fingers crossed and praying for those still waiting!! We mailed our petition on December 21 and it was received December 23.

NOA1 date was Jan 4th (my birthday lol), received date was Dec 22nd

WE GOT APPROVED!!! :)))))))))))))))))))))))
 
I can not describe, how happy I am. But right before I had a long talk with my fiance, because he was overthinking and couldn't sleep til 4 am.
And a few mins after hanging up, I checked my mails and realized, that we got the notice while we talked. Now I cannot wake him up, because he's already short at sleep.
BUT I'M SO HAPPY AND NEED TO SHARE THAT FEELING!
 
So for all the lovely couples still waiting: PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP! YOUR TIME WILL COME SOON AS WELL!!!

I guess it depends on the embassy but I know some women for instance Filipina overseas workers in Hong Kong after NOA approved recently only take 1 1/2 months.  So we're hoping approved this week or next week and here late May or June in the USA.  
 
Find a good direct flight ASAP and get her here to USA!   And get on with our lives

Fingers crossed for a lot of movement this week at the good ol' USCIS.  Let's hope they all had a restful weekend so that they can have a productive Monday!

OK,  WHERE IS IT?? 

Geez they are working on Dec 21st, 22nd, 27th and 28th with multiple cases approved  but the 23rd only has one case touched. I feel like I'm in the wrong line at the supermarket.  Lol! Looks like we drew the dud. 
Then last night Malen decided to pull an April Fools Joke on me that got me hook line and sinker. She posted on FB that she was going to be sent back to the Philippines for good. I was getting everything ready to transfer our paperwork to Manila when she let me in on her joke. Grrr! That's life on the wrong side of the date line.  😂 I'm always missing our monthaversary because of it. Have a great night everyone! 

No it doesn't matter. Think about it, alot of people don't live where there is a port of entry. Like me, I'm in Montana. Which means my fiance has to fly into somewhere else first.
Direct flights into Montana definitely don't exist when flying internationally.
