I applied within the three months before the 3 year point. I had my biometrics immediately and the interview was scheduled for a month after my 3 year anniversary. They sent out the interview notice about 3 weeks before my 3 year anniversary.

If you can I would apply as soon as you can...the interview will likely be after your anniversary but quicker than if you wait 3 months and are on a longer queue for interview dates.

Yeah! Interview date set for 21st January...later than I had hoped but I will take it. 🙂

I got my electronic notification of biometrics scheduled too on the 5th October. My current estimate date in Reno is March 2020.

I got mine from LIN approved today also...will believe it when I get the card in my hand lol. Very relieved though. Next step N400 application at the end of the month. Good luck to all still waiting.

I call BS on USCIS...I have got to go for another set of biometrics on 3rd July! I only did them at the end of Dec '18!!!!

I got one of those in my mail tracker too...unfortunately my mail doesn't arrive until 5pm. Ugh it's going to be a long day lol. I agree probably biometrics but I was already sent for new last December. My account still says Fingerprint Fee received 5th Oct. I'm really happy to see movement though. 🙂

Some good news for Nebraska (LIN) folks...I received my biometrics letter today. Online sent states 5th October, actual letter dated 12/07 posted 11th Dec. Looks like they have finally started moving... 🙂 About 2 months behind.

I guess the Nebraska timeline is 60 days for biometrics letter...

I got notification of it being sent 5th October, but of course that isn't the actual date they send. I did get my NOA1 actually sent end October not 5th as stated online. Hope this helps, they are just slammed busy.

I sent the form requesting receipt of package and got the text with my receipt number then added it to my account and got confirmation of NOA1 date. I have a date of 5th October but have not yet received either my paper NOA1 or Biometeics letter, supposedly sent out on the 5th...I think we are all waiting...not so patiently lol. 😉 They have 30 days from the date to actually deliver to our mailbox. 😞

Just had interview, took about 15mins. A couple of questions on dates and approved. Done for the next 2 years. :-)

I doubt i will get card before Wednesday so won't be able to hand it over. If approved, i think i will get my green card in about a couple of weeks here. When i get my green card the EAD is no longer valid. Either way I am still eligible to work from the date on EAD. :-)

Finally! I just got notification of my card in production for EAD and Nane changed for AP. Day 90 with no expedite and RFIE. A big relief, now fingers crossed for Wednesday Interview for AOS.
