No it is not accurate, when I started my process it told my it was 16 months, even after I finished the process it still saying 2 months.

My I 751 was approved late January  And I applied for n400 late June. 

Mine is pending also. And it's been already 16 months. I recently received the same letter. Thank God they are moving faster with the n400.

Update for my case: Today I received and email that they made an action on my case...

Yes, it happened to me. I had a biometrics appointment for the i751 a week before the appointment for the n400 biometrics. I took both letters at the first appointment and they took the biometrics for both in the same day

Like I said, if the picture can be interrupted that it's a wedding picture then leave it out. Why chance it??

Most of your questions you ask here are so simple that you can find your answer in just 30 seconds. I answered a question from a poster and within 30 seconds I had their answer. The tools I use is Google, the sub-forum for the country or the VJ search which is located in the top right hand of this page. Over the years I have kept my answers and of course others who supply great answers to questions, using Microsoft's ONE NOTE. It is like having a filing cabinet.
Please do your research and if you get stuck, hey then ask your question but to depend on your ability to get a visa on others who are about as knowledgeable as you and are and typically in the same stage of their processing as you, is not really to advisable.

I think you are over thinking this. Just relax I think your photos should be find. If you can leave them out, then I would. Your choice.

1. Can my wife stop me at the POE through immigration officers or stop me from entering the USA? Your wife can alert Border control and the embassy about you not being welcomed in her home and that you have no place to stay. Remember you are suppose to be immigrating to your wife. Thissn;t suppose to be a Visa to roam the US.
2. Can she stop my green card from issuance as the address of green card delivery and Social Security card I have mentioned was of hers? Same as above
3. Is there any possibility if I reach USA I can change the delivery address of my green card and Social security card? Only if you have access to the account setup.
4. I havent deposit the 160$ green card processing fee yet will it adversely effect me at POE and in how much time i have to submit this fee once in the USA? It's $165 and not required to pay before you leave. But why are you so focused on the green card?
5. And lastly do i need to hire a lawyer in case the situation gets worse as she is not responding to my calls or replying to my texts? What do you think a lawyer can do? You have no rights in this manner. Sure you can show up in US and disappear and probably get your green card . A lawyer can't make your wife answer text or the phone she is not breaking any law.
