you can mention them, but since they are America born they don't really need to be mentioned unless they ask you whether you have any changes or not. Good luck!

Well, I don't usually write here. But I have learned my lesson - if you don't complain about them, they will get you. I would go back to that office (I live in Alexandria) and complain about this guy. America is made out of immigrants and his parents/grandparents may not even be American. This is so unacceptable, do what you can to support your wife, and again, I had that issues with this office, once I complained about the service I received from one African American woman, I complained, and it was all done in a minute by her supervisor.

More than good!!! Good job!

Nice, looks like they are doing everything on time. Kind of tired of waiting

When did you file your petition, and at what service center?

I have applied for I-130 for my wife on 10/13/15. Currently CSC estimates up to 5 months for this category.
Does anyone have any similar cases, updates/approvals? Trying to estimate when I should be receiving an approval.
Thanks!

I have traveled to The US multiple times while we have had pending I-130. I traveled on B1/B2 visa and Crew visa. My friend has been traveling every month on Esta With pending I-130. No problem at all.
Thanks! Did they ever ask any questions on I-130, brought it up? We are kind of worried, but hopefully they won't since it's under a different last name

Wait a few days and see if it will change. Strange, but mistakes are possible too.

Hi everyone,
I have a question. Would anyone share some experience on traveling to the USA on B1/B2 (was issued a year ago and visited USA three times in the past year) with a I-130 pending? The I-130 was filled for a new last name, the passport still has the old last name.
Do you think that my wife can be denied entry to the USA? She just wants to visit me for a month. She will have a letter from work, a bank statement to present at the border if they ask.
I know that some people can even get B1/B2 when their I-130 is pending, and I know that theoretically she can be denied, but would like to hear different opinions and possibly experiences.
Thank you very much!

No, I did it a year ago. Those affidavits are only for people who get sponsored by relatives. The only advice is to submit as many papers to support your NIW petition because we figured out that the size of the petition really matters. Good luck!

I would apply for change of status to F-1, which will take around 6 months and you will be here legally and then can apply for AOS, that's it.

He will be OK, there is no problem since you are a USC. Just file I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-130 concurrently.

Can be married any time as long as he still holds O-3

Looks like DHS is moving the line for AOS every three months. Any ideas on this?
