Ohh Lawfully Case Tracker is fine! My case status is also Fingerprint Received. I meant to say was my case- SRC has no progress. It was Fingerprint Received since April 2019. I submitted my packet in august 2018. It looks like I havent heard anyone from here who got an approval with the service center in Texas

Can someone quickly explain AOS to me, we just got married so waiting for marriage certificcate to come back. Do you get your green card at the end of AOS? How long does it take to get authorization to work?
You can check my AOS Timeline in my profile here. I think it took 4 months for me to received my 2 yr Green Card. No interview as well! You will get your EAD first before the GC.

I applied ROC package on August 2018 and today I checked my case status. It said USCIS request for more evidences. It was transferred to Nebraska from California on May 13th and after a month I have a request note
May I know the documents you sent to them? Do you have a cover letter so we can see what did you submit?

April 19 - letter received from USCIS stating they will use my previous biometric

My status since august 2018 is still the same. Anyone here the same? “We received your file, you dont have to do anything..”
-
I am not sure but you probably received a second copy of your NOA. Some of the people here received 4-5 copies of their NOA. Check again the first NOA you received, if the letter stating this is

Has anyone with SRC gotten an NOA?
Yap! I just got mine TODAY! And I also have STAMPED on my passport.
-
It looks like I an receiving my NOA today. Got a notification from UPS INFORMED DELIVERY. Submitted my packet on 18th of August. I also have stamped on my passport - I551.
-
I have a questions.. to those who got a I551 stamped on their passport, did the officer take a photo of you & finger prints? It looks like biometrics to me.
-
Today was infopass appt. The officer told me that the service center mailed out my NOA yesterday only. I thought he would not stamp my passport but he did He took my green card & explained that since he stamped my passport, I will no longer need my gc. It’s one year valid.
I keep checking my case status online but nothing change...

I called USCIS again today, finally i got my case number but i tried to add it to USCIS Case tracker and it says INVALID. Does anyone encountered the same issue? My case number is 12 numbers & 3 letters (ex.12ABC3456789000). Not sure if I got it correctly. Can anyone let me know with the same situation? The officer said that I should receive the receipt on 28th of October.
I filed mine in CSC but it was routed to Dallas TX. Check cashed out on 1st of Oct.

Sent my package to CSC on 18th of Aug, it was delivered on 20th Aug. i just checked my bank account and checked was cashed out yesterday-10/1/2018 and it looks like it routed to Dallas, TX.

I sent my I751 to CSC last 18th of August and I havent heard back from USCIS yet. Check hasnt been cashed out yet. So i called today and I spoke to Tier 1. He confused me.. I live in Florida and as per USCIS website I should file it to CSC but on their website now, it looks like it should be filed to Dallas TX. I explained to the Tier 1 that I sent it to CSC because it was stated on their website before but he was sure that it should be filed to Dallas TX. He advised me to refile and send it to the correct USCIS address. I am not really sure what I need to do now. Do I need to wait or refile again? Any suggestions?

I think you're fine. Who cares when you prepare the package as long as they receive it within the 90 days 😉 ... and with the correct expiration date on the form 😏😂
Thank you!!! Your response made my day!!!! 😀 The form I submitted is updated & will expire in 2019. But I am just worrying about the inconsistency of my dates lol If they will start the counting when they received my packet meaning I am still in 90 days 🤩🤩🤩 I am just wondering why its been a week now and the check hasnt been cashed out yet.

We sent ours to Vermont on 8/17, it was delivered and signed for on 8/20. I just saw that the fee was taken out of our bank account (8/24). I'm going to take it as a good sign they aren't as backlogged as they have been since I've heard people waiting a week or two for them to deposit the check.
Hi.. we have the same timeline but mine is CSC. I sent mine in aug 18 and arrived in CSC in august 20. The check hasnt been cashed out yet.. im anxious..

No! Not all SRC case number are from florida. I have some friends here in FL and their service centers are from somewhere else! Mine was original from CA then was transferred to TEXAS - SRC. They said. It would take 15-19 months.. I am on my 11 months and no progress! I would call them again after 15 months! Hoping I will hear back from them before my 15th months of waiting.. sigh***
