Every case is different. I received my oath letter almost 3 months after interview.

All I will say is that these IO don't play with these type of situations. Just be prepare for all the questions.

Anybody who already have their naturalization interview and haven't heard anything back form USCIS for a while? Call the 1800# and asked the cs to transfer you to a level 2 officer.
I had my interview since Aug 20th in NYC and I have yet to receive my oath letter. I just called and spoke to a l2 officer and she said my case was approved and is in line for oath. Funny thing is my online status has not been updated so I'm still nervous lol. I feel a bit relieve though but I will feel much better when I receive oath letter.

Does anyone know how to send proof of payment for my IO who interviewed me? I had my interview on Aug 20th and I was recommended for approval,although I owed federal tax $6,000 because I ammended my tax.
IO asked me if I have a payment plan with the IRS and I told her they didn't process it yet and I thought she would say "decision cannot be made" but she approved it instead.
Well I pay off my bill in full and I don't know how to send it in proof of payment. My husband thinks that why I didn't get the oath letter.
My sister in law couldn't take her oath on Sept 11 and they rescheduled her-so she's taking the oath today,so I'm feeling a bit bummed.
