Congrats!
Was your case transferred to the "local office" on the new uscis website (https://myaccount.uscis.gov/)?
I tried making an account on there a few weeks ago and wasn't able to, it said it couldn't prove my identity... I used https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Near the middle of August. No kids, just cats lol. We rent an apartment, joint bank accounts, pictures with family members, chat logs. We also work for the same company, not sure if that mattered to them
I'm signed up for text notifications and never received anything. I decided to check the tracker on a whim and was pleasantly surprised

Hey guys, on May 14th the tracker said my case was approved. Both interviews were waived in my case, I did biometrics for both AOS and ROC. 🙂

That sucks, guess I will get a state ID. I just didn't want to waste a whole day at a DPS office. 😫

Hi everyone, we are going to Florida next month and we plan on traveling by plane. I'm wondering if I will have any issues traveling to another state with just the extension letter, marriage certificate and expired GC. My passport needs to be renewed as it expired a few months ago. I don't have a driver's license at the moment.
Thank you in advance

Hello everyone! Everyone's timeline is looking great so far..I am a little bit concerned about mine:
Wednesday 8/14 - Documents sent (to AZ location)
Saturday 8/17 - USPS delivery confirmation
and that's it..:) Wondering if it is normal or anybody else has also similar timeline. Looking back; We did not write ATTN: I-751 on the package, maybe we should have?
Thank you in advance!
We didn't write that on the package and got the extension letter last week

Just got text message that my case has been received along with receipt number!!!
Got Texas service center

For the people whose checks got cashed, how many days after it was received did they cash it?
-
It's an easy fix
Will you be sending it back today?

Never ending story part II:
My ROC packet got rejected on August 8th. We filed within the 90 day window so I'm not sure what it could be. I got a case number and it says that my petition was improperly filed. What could be wrong?
Did you sign the form? Correct amount on the check? It must've been something easy to overlook

It's been 8 days and no text messages yet or that my card got charged...
That sucks, it's more than likely that you will get it soon.
My packet was delivered an hour ago

Just as a reference: our package arrived on a Friday, our check was cashed the following Wednesday and our 18 month extension arrived today.
Sorry, that all started on Friday, Aug. 2
That's what I wanted to hear! I was worried it would take long to receive the extension letter and I wouldn't be able to work

Yes! We sent ours UPS and got a very fast response for delivery, cashing of the check and delivery of 18 month extension.
Awesome thank you. I just sent it out a few hours ago. Now the waiting game begins 😁

Hi everyone I will be sending my packet today. Is UPS reliable?? I want to do next day shipping

Hello everyone, I'm not a June filer (August filer here)
Want to know if anybody here used UPS for their packet and if it was a good choice
Thank you

Hi everyone, I will be sending my packet today
Just want to know if UPS is a good choice? Is it reliable? I work from 7 to 5 and can't really leave my office to go to USPS. I plan on sending it so it arrives the next day

You get a stamp in your passport as proof of your legal status in the country if you for some reason don't have a greencard.
For instance if your greencard gets lost you can get a stamp while waiting for your new greencard (it can take up to a year to replace your greencard), or if your greencard had some errors and you had to send it back you can get a stamp. So those who have a greencard or have a greencard coming their way won't get a stamp, they will just be told to wait until the physical greencard shows up. To get a stamp you need to provide USCIS with proof that you have a pending application (that you ordered a new card etc).
You get a stamp by making an infopass.I see, thank you! I don't think i'll be doing it anytime soon, my nearest office is 4hrs away...

Whats the passport getting stamped for? Ive never heard of it. Can someone explain? and wher edo you get it done? thanks
-
For sure , people who have known each other for less than a year get approved

Got my green card in the mail today

I'm so happy! I sent an erequest like two weeks ago and today got a reply in the mail saying that my case was still under normal processing times. I just got an email saying that my card is being mailed! no interview, the wait was worth it

I sent an e-request because it's been almost 7 months since they got my RFE and I'm feeling desperate
