Hi All,

I'm happy to say that my fiance received her K-1 Visa yesterday (in the Philippines). On the application, we listed 2 of her 4 children (those under 21) on the application. My finance went through the medical and visa application herself and we mentioned on the application that her children will follow her to the US the end of the school year (June 2016). What do we need to do to get the two children their Visas to enter into the US? Is there a link that you can recommend that provides me the step by step instructions to complete the K2 process?

Don't go on Monday. My Fiance was there for the entire day and then had to go back the next day for the report (another 3-4 hours). They recommended Wednesday or Thursday.

Thanks for all the congrats. We are a K-1 Visa. Overall the process was pretty good looking back. It's amazing what we learned in a few months. We actually made it to our interview process in < 100 days. We delayed on our end for 2 weeks before scheduling the interview and medical due to our work schedule.

The day came today! Visa has been issued. Now we wait for the delivery. Thanks all. Very much appreciate all the support.

Finally Issued for us!

Interview was Oct. 8th. Told us we were OK except we were missing the CENOMAR. We submitted it the same day. They told us 1 week for the CENOMAR to arrive and then another 2 weeks for processing. We are hoping to hear by the end of the week. If now, we will be calling to to get an update. I'll post an update later in the week (or if we hear something sooner).

I'm sure this question has been asked, but I didn't see it in this forum, although saw some in the general forum.

My fiance completed her interview on 10/8/2015 and all was in order except for the fact that we needed the CENOMAR (CEMAR). She didn't think she needed it because she had her husband's death certificate, but it was required. They took her password, gave her instructions on submitting the document, and she went immediately to submit it online. She went back the following Monday to confirm that it was submitted properly, which it was. It was expected to be in with the Embassy by Thursday, 10/15/2015.

Looking on the Visa site, the status said: Still with the US Embassy. As of last night, the status chagned to: Document Delivery Information: with nothing else below it.

• Any idea on how long it takes from submitting a missing CENOMAR to getting the Visa delivered?
• Does anyone know the different statuses that I should expect to see?

Since they said all looked good (except for the CENOMAR) and the fact they kept her passport, I assume all is OK, but just wanted to see if anyone else went through this.
