    My husband has back taxes from 2009 and he is about to file my documents for me. He has since being filing his taxes and 2012,2013 and 2014 are filed. do i need to worry about the back taxes from yrs ago? will it negatively affect my case.

      The only time you have to worry about taxes is if he owes money. He would need to make a payment plan with the IRS.
