We got our RFE today, and well yes its asking for the same thing. We already sent in I-693(A) vaccination supplement, I'm really worried if we should now send only the vaccination supplement or do the whole medical exam all over.

After nearly 7 months of submittal an RFE is on its way daym

We are finally touched today. I hope its for good.

I'm posting this question for a friend of mine. She is in the States for 3.5 years and have a green card. Her fiance is here on a student visa. They both want to get married. Now, here are their concerns. Will they be able to file AOS? If they do what will be the husband's status? Can he work prior to green card approval meaning can he apply for EAD along with AOS? ANd also what forms will they have to fill out?

Khan looks like you and I are lost in never never land together. Mine was last touched Septmber 18th and that I am sure is because I had biometrics done the 16th. I'm still waiting on an email saying it was received in CSC. can't help but be frustrated.

My dad met my husband before I did and my mom actually introduced us to eachother. His parents and my parents (they are from Pakistan) actually wanted us to get engaged (because they still believe in arranging a spouse for their kid), but they couldn't force it on us since I was living in NY and him in London. He was in medical school and I wanted to get into medical school that's when I emailed him to get info about med schools in England. Soon, we started chatting and then created feelings for eachother. And it happened what our parents really wanted.
