    Correos de Costa Rica ( Costa Rica post office) called me and asked me to come to their office with my id and a copy to get my passport and package.

You can rent a locker in the building right next to the us embassy, I don’t recall the name but it has a sign with the US flag and they “ help” to fill up forms and take passport pictures , it is right next to a chicken joint . Last time I checked they were charging 3 dollars for the smallest locker, big enough for coins and couple of cello phones , I don’t know how much they are charging for larger ones
