I wish i could. Unfortunately i am kinda out of luck with the moving, House is sold and handing over the keys this week the offer was too good not to accept the sale. Just dont know how to best update everything. I have mail forwarding and i hear that notices get forwarded but the physical cards dont.. but ya i just guess i need to update them this week and hope for the best???!?

Ask the new buyer to hold all your mail. Do not update your address yet until after you receive the green card from the new buyer. Attempting to update your address now could delay things.

  2. Go to whichever clinic that conducted your i693 medical exam and request a copy. If you initially went to one of the clinics recommended by USCIS then the clinic would understand. They shouldn’t charge you to reprint copies. Never go to USCIS interview empty handed and most of it all blame USCIS for screwing up.

  3. It is when USCIS first received your application and accepted to process your application. Priority Date places you in line with other applications so that any application that comes after the time and date yours was accepted would be also given a priority date after yours. With that said, since your priority date is 07 November 2014, if you should get an RFE your application is placed on hold and USCIS would work on other applications until USCIS receive you RFE. Basically, it places you in line.

  4. the best advice is what tomyka81 gave you.

A bachelor degree in chemistry would not take you far in America in the modern world. Look for entry level teaching jobs in high schools. Even with that most of the school districts in America require a teaching license. So you may search for teaching aide jobs. Being an Aide does not require a license. Once you are hired as an Aide you can then build upon your resume and perhaps further your education in Pharmacy or something within STEM.

  5. If this is someone you really want to spend you life with then it makes sense financially to take care of adjustment of status before anything else. If he entered the U.S with a visa and overstayed then DACA really don't do for him. Trust me I went through the same thing he is going through. He is only using DACA to get the work permit which he has to renew every 1 year and 9 months "they claim its 2 years but must be renew months before it expires. Obtaining a green card before he graduates would put him on a platform to apply for paid internships and lead to better jobs. Without a green card he has to pay out of pocket for tuition, and most student loans request for green card or U.S. citizenship.
