To those who don't have their EAD approval yet, did you all had a RFE for the I-765?

I was wondering if there were others like me, without RFE for that but still waiting on approval reaching Day 90 or more

Just for your reference see my timeline below. I received my RFE about 90 days after all applications received. Its nerve racking but be patient. I received the RFE with no online status update so just check the mail. Good luck.

3/10/2015 - Package mailed with I-360, I-485, I-765

03/11/2010 - Package received & signed for by INS at VSC

3/16/2015- received NOA for all apps

4/2/2015 received Prima Facie

4/11/2015 received biometric appointment for 4/20/2015

4/20/2015 Biometrics completed

5/26/2015 resubmitted I-765 using eligibility code c-9 and sent notarized letter for address change

6/2/2015 online address changed completed for I-485 and I-765

6/16/2015 received I-360 RFE notification waiting for letter

6/19/2015 received RFE for Good faith marriage and proof for battery/cruelty

7/8/2015 Received notification for I-765 has been approved

7/15/2015- received EAD in the mail- than you Jesus

7/16/2015- applied for social security card- still waiting almost 4 weeks

Today has marked 90 days that my I360, I485 and I765 has been received... I sure hope some changes soon. No RFE's and updated. Have done my fingerprints and gotten my Prima Facie... Anyone else?

Today is Day 90! What a long 90 Days it has been! If I don't hear anything by the morning I will be calling to speak to a tier 2 officer. I hope to soon be able to work!

I just received a call from the senator's office, my EAD was approved on August 4th !

No update whatsoever on the website (I've got e-mail, text and app notifications)

- On August 3rd, I requested an inquiry regarding my EAD and have been told by a Tier 2 Agent that I would not have any update until August 20th.

- On August 7th, I called again just for an update, I asked to talk to a Tier 2 Agent (they usually have a bit more informations), they told me there was no update yet and I should call back in 2 weeks.

The lovely lady who has been helping us since our K1 visa told me to call her back if by the end of the week I did not receive my letter.

Honestly, if you are as desperate as I am and have been in it for over 75 days, contact your senator.

Wednesday is day 90 for us, meaning be out of the 90 day usual processing time table.

Mine is Tuesday for the 90th day. So 91 on Wednesday... We are in the same timeline then. Let's hope we don't have to wait to long

Hi Sandra, just want to update you on my case. I received my EAD 2 days after I had my biometrics. It went through quick and I didnt need to submit a letter to expedite it. I cant thank you enough for the help you have extended in giving advice with my case. God bless you!

I gotta question which was crossing through my mind, to those who have kids by their abuser, how do u guys cooperate with that while vawa or aos process is still pending or even in the future, do u guys let the kids see their father?..........

my kids haven't seen their father for almost 1 year, so I was just wondering how others cooperate with that.

.............and im still waiting for my aos interview:))))))

Mine has no contact with us by his choice till 3 month ago when he was served with a pfa, he could have phone contact with our Child but chooses not to mail me his Number so he can be called by our Child. He doesn't bother now and hasn't seen our Child is 21 month. I have a Pfa that is valid till 2017. Wish you luck!

43 days from biometrics? Wow well then some of us still got ways to go. Sure wish it wouldn't take so long..., I need to get to work..,,sure wish the EAD was done

She will need the form I-693 and it is signed by a USCIS Doctor. You will need to make the appointment. The form is good for a year I believe... Not sure how far into the process but it is a form

Completed my Biometrics! I am wondering how long it be before I get a new update and what it would be.... Does any one have an idea what's next and how long it be for each things?

Just letting people know don't expect an easy journey for the biometrics. I have to travel over two hours, past Chicago, to get to mine. I have also noticed that other have had to make some arrangements for it. You might be lucky to get one close but jut giving you guys a head up.

My biometrics is 1 hour drive one way.... Now the next embassy is like 3 or so hours.....

My biometrics is Friday... I wonder if anyone got their EAD before or how much after they got it.
