Especially without an RFE, I don't think it'll go past 120days.

If I remember right you're close to the 120days mark. I do believe you will have an answer before the end of the week or over the weekend. If you still don't, I personally think that you should contact your senator's office.

Friday marks 120 days... I haven't heard anything nor my Lawyer..... This sucks!

Where was the baby born? The U.S.? Cuz if she was born in the U.S. You should be able to just have her birth certificate be enough for ssn

You must have sent them everything they needed, so no worries. This journey is very tiring, try to keep busy, their website hardly updates, even when your case is approved, it takes a while to know. So keep praying... i believe all is well!!

By the end of next week (10-12 days) after the service request you should see an update. Hang in there.

If not contact your senator/congressman to make an inquiry for you.

You should try contacting your senator's office too for assistance in your case

No update that I have received. Nothing :-( i called for the service request this past Monday and no changes online or anything... Hopefully my Lawyer will contact them again this week

Thanks for all your support Sandra and other members glad to say I've been granted my Greencard. Wasn't much of an interview. They saw both me and my daughter together. Lady asked if my address was correct so she could send the Greencard. Then asked if I had Biometrics reciept. She ask for my passport and birth certificates. Ask me the questions about terrioism, prostitution, drug then said Greencard will be in post should get it within 2 weeks.

She said she will update the computer and that was all.

Thank God it's over.

I can now go home.

Timeline submitted i360 in October 2014 had RFE submitted in Feb.

April 2015 VAWA Approved.

May 2015 AOS received

July EAD

Aug 31st AOS approved.

No I did not... It's been 107 days today since they received my applications

Idk anything about doing a service request,was it after they receive the rfe you did a service request?

I know how you feel.. My lawyer enquired about it and other than them saying putting it in a more "immediate workflow" and "decision in the near future" We haven't gotten anything :-( this really sucks

May 18, 2015..................................I485 Case transferred to Local Office

July 2015.........................................Notice sent for Interview

August 26, 2015..............................Interview, Card Production Ordered and Welcome Notice Mailed!!!

We haven't heard anything and don't know how much longer it will be... However my lawyer said this past Monday she is going to wait another 2 weeks and then contact them again if nothing has been done so I assume she will contact them early in the week of Sept 7th if we haven't heard anything... :-( this waiting game really stinks!
