  1. Hi guys, I just got some quick question while trying to help a buddy out on completing his K1 package.

1- Do you still need to submit the FC-029 (Statement on photocopy)?

2- Is form I-134 needed to be sent with I-129F packages to the USCIS?

We look over the guides and didn't see anything mentioned about the two forms listed above and that a copy of form I-134 to be sent to the fiance(e) of the petitioner instead.

    Thanx guys

  2. We just recieved our interview appointment date and they listed what we needed to bring if we haven't already sent in with our application.

so I came upon this one: "please bring the complete medical exam form I-693 to the interview (if you haven't already submitted.")

We sent in the complete I-693A (vaccination supplement) with the application not the whole I-693 med exam after it's been said that you don't need to get another exam done if you have it done lesss than a year. Did anyone have any troubles with it at their interview. Did they ask about it at the interview for the whole I-693 med exam?

  3. question 15 on form I-864 asked about Country of Domocide, what is that mean?

question 8 after checking the box for: I am sponsoring the principal immigration name and down below it, it's asking to check one of the box either "Yes" or "No." I chose yes is this correct?

    i864no8.jpg

question 10 it asked for a total number. Do I put down [0][1] cuz I'm sponsoring my wife?

question 21 shouldn't it only be 2 people total? me and my wife

do I need to put down 1 for my wife on box "C" when I already listed her on box "A"?

    i864no21.jpg

Included with the Form I-864 is a copy of my three recent tax return. Is that all I needed with this form?

    Thanx guys

  4. on an attachment page where it list all of the following shots need to be taken from 4-6 week after 1st dose and 6-8 months after 2nd dose. My question are you required to get all of the following shots before filing the AOS? But if so I'm a little confused about the 6-8 months following shot after the 2nd dose. I'm pretty sure that most people didn't wait till they get that 6-8 months following shot to start filing for their AOS. I wanna file her AOS before she is out of status, which I'm not sure if being out of status is a bad thing or a good thing.

What most people have transcribed onto an I-693A is the information that was on the DS-3025 Vaccination Worksheet that was filled out by the Panel Physician who did the visa medical exam. Is "all the test result" that you write about in your post the DS-3025?

Further, the DS-3025 must be complete - all vaccinations marked as either given or should be waived as medically inappropriate. Is that the case for your wife?

The form DS-3025 for my wife was marked as under results:

    [x] Vaccine history incomplete

[x] Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate (as indicated above).

So does this mean that she don't have to get any more shots?

It may not be if you were told that "your wife needs the following shots". K-visa applicants do not need all of the vaccinations to get their visa, but they do need them all - or have them waived - to adjust status.

So I assumed that it is waived and ok to file for the AOS?

  6. After reading about the AOS facts I called around about transcribing the information onto i-693 form. according to VJ guideline this is what it said "-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status. (If you already have this from your overseas Visa Interview submit a copy that medical check form; No fee is required in this case. If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A), not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.)"

So we went to our appointment at the approved uscis doctor, this was done after I made the call asking specificly about transcribing the info onto i-693 form like everyone's been doing. The assistance said oh yeah we can do that. After spending an hour in their office and the nurse was transferring the vaccination information onto their version of I-693 which was only the vaccination record. After showing all the test result that was done in Thailand which was required for the nonimmigrant fiance(e) visa. She asked me what's are these papers for? "They're for you to transcribe onto the I-693," I said. She went out of the room and made all the copy of the test result taken from Bumrungrad hospital where my wife had her medical examination done. Then she came back and said oh, I have some bad news for you. Ok your wife needs the following shots and she'll need to get these testing done. So I asked her, what test? She replied back, she'll need all the test done and it's gonna be $265 not including the $105 fee that you're seeing us today. I was like #######, that's why we're here so we won't have to get the test done again. Than what's the $105 for I thought it was the fee for US to get the paper work transcribe onto I-693 form. People on VJ have claimed that they had their done for less than $70. I thought $105 was pushing it.

I'm so confused right now, so my question is. Is there a form that mention that K1 filers don't have to get the medical examination done again if they had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A)

Sorry for the long write up, I'm need to vent out.

  7. So I made a call to the near by approved surgents in our area, they said that the information on the form DS-3025 could not be transcribe onto the I-693 form. That my wife have to get the whole examination done all over again, eventhough it's been less than half a year the doctor would not be liable for the form he signs. Off all the Docs I called I haven't had any luck in reaching the docs. I'm waiting for an answer from anther place I called.

  8. After the medical exam at Bumrungrad was done the Doc. said that she'll need the following shots for TD, MMR, and Varicella listed above. It can be done anywhere as long as they have it available. When she went to get her med done at Bumrungrad she didn't have any record of shots she has taken in the past. She didn't know what shots were given, untile she sent me an email about it. My wife went to the hospital back home and the doctor said that she already have those shots done already, so he refused to give her those shots and never docted the paper. So I'm wondering if it's ok to just sent in the vaccination record we have. I'll talk to the reccomended CIS doctor about it and see if he can do anything about it.

  9. I moved after she enter the U.S on K1. Do I have to file AR11?

I am filling I-485 and I-765 using my new address and her new last name.

    How do I answer question # 16 on I-765? (a)(6) or ©(9)?

Our I-94 will expired May 13

Hey gangs it's been awhile, I'm in the process of getting the paperwork for my wife AOS ready. I have a question or two about the process.

About the adress change, after reading this thread about it. I downloaded the AR-11 form and notice that you'll have to file the form within 10 days of such changes. Are we in trouble for filing it a month later?

Another question regarding the medical examination. My wife came over with the K1 visa and had her medical exam done in Thailand. She was supposed to take some more of following shots after the examination, but never recieve them. Due to the fact that the doctor back home refused to give the shots, because she already have those shots done when she was younger. I wanna take her to get those shots done here in the U.S., thought I'll ask you expertise about this matter.

TD - dose #1 (done), dose #2 4-8 weeks after dose #1 (not done) and Dose #3 6-12 months after dose #2 (not done)

MMR - dose #1 (done), Dose #2 4-8 weeks after dose #1 (not done)

VARICELLA - Dose #1 (done), dose #2 4-8 weeks after dose #1 (not done)

I was wondering if she have to complete all of those shots in order to file for the AOS?

"If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A), not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application."

By stating (I-693A), do they mean form DS-3025?

  10. I'm filling out my fiance SS-N form and it's asking us to check one of the box either my fiance an alien allowing work or not. She doesn't have her EAD yet, should I check the one not allowing to work?

And how long does the I-94 last? her doesn't have an expire date on it.

I notice that she need another form of ID, but I didn't read about this until today. I'm thinking about bringing her translated birth certificate in. Hope this work.
