I need some clarification here!

I am in K1 Visa. We have received an email from Abu Dhabi Embassy says, ( Good day, The Immigrant Visa Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi has received your fiancée visa file ) There are 3 attachments in MS Word for Panel Physician, Required Documents and Security Information.

The email provides me a link where i need to apply for the appointment and this makes me confused. I thought they will provide me the schedule??
