    There's an option to download all Facebook conversation data and it will show everything from message to comments on each others wall. Have the other person do it if they haven't deleted. You can go into Skype setting and download chat log. Email it to yourself and print.
    Include the ultrasound pics as well as flight info for time period where when kid was conceived as proof it's his. Not really convincing on it's own but it can't hurt and contributes to the legitimacy of the relationship. Pics are the best proof esp if they involve other family members.

    Any USC or LPR domiciled in the USA who meets the poverty guidelines that is willing to sign the I-864.

    The AOS is basically a contract between a USC or LPR and the US government. You as a petitioner must fill in the I-864. On it you would write unemployed and zero in income, if you have no income. The petitioner will always be the main person responsible for the beneficiary. The joint sponsor will be needed to share financial responsibility if the petitioner doesn't meet the federal poverty guidelines.

    as the sponsor you must file the i864 even if you made $0 income, the joint sponsor will be the person to cover your husband
