It is crazy, I can't believe that..... Wondering why though.....
I'm in the same situation hoping for a combo.... They didn't mentioned my I-751 either on my letter, but I sent an inquiry regarding that, got an email that it should be adjudicated at the same time. Fingers crossed!!!!
I'm in Naples, my appt will be in Fort Myers June 4th:)
Yours is so soon! That's super exciting!!! Definitely hoping for a combo, lol.

Wow...realy? Where did you have your fingerprints done?
In Fort Myers! We live here! Isn't that crazy?
It also said nothing about the 751, just the N400. I hope it's a combo!

Awesome! You should get your paper notice in abt 4/5 days, but you can check your date in your documents tab in uscis account probably tomorrow already.
Just checked. Looks like we're going to Tampa(?) on the 15th of July!

Just received the electronic notice that my husband's interview has been scheduled. Hopefully it will be soon - we're traveling in mid-July for my daughter's wedding! About how long does it take to actually receive the date after you receive the electronic notification? On tenterhooks until then!

So my interview will be on June 4th:)
I applied July 20th 2018 for the record!
It looks as if you are almost exactly one month ahead of us! So hopefully we'll be in early July.

Allright my Fort Myers friends, finally I have some news to share with you here. Got a notice that my interview was scheduled, took them a little over 10 months, hope to see my date in my documents tab tomorrow. Will keep you posted....
That's great news! Things are moving!!!

We're in the same boat. I believe we're going to be at Fort Myers as well, and we're waiting for an interview. We applied for N400 in August 2018 concurrent with the I751 pending. The last update was in December.

Package sent the 14th, received in CA the 16th, check cashed the 18th. They move fast to cash the check! 😆 Now we wait...

Filing Monday! I HOPE I have everything together! We seem to have a lot. We've done so much in the last 2 years, I'm a bit worried about overwhelming USCIS with all of this evidence. Good luck everyone!!!

Hey guys!!! Just wanted to stop by and say that Issam also received his permanent resident card on the 16th of November. We didn't need an interview and we're super happy that everything has been so quick! Hang in there everyone!!!

Hey guys, just checking in quickly - about the SSN. Issam and I arrived in the states on the 17th of June, married the morning of the 26th and got the SSN that afternoon. He received his card about 10 days later. The only pain in the neck was the hour wait at the SS administration, lol.

Doesn't it say that in the primary identification section he needs either 1) Green Card, 2) I-551 stamp in passport or on I-94 3) Immigration judge's order for asylum, 4) I-797 stating that he is granted asylum or 5) I-797 with refugee status?
I have to look for that other forum, I thought someone on there said don't even bother going to the DMV in Florida until you have the EAD. Ugh, so confusing!!! hahaha

Hi Amhara,
It's so confusing, I was looking all over the place and getting different answers but the best I could find out from the DMV was that he needed to have several forms of ID and proofs of residence and legal status:

I found a forum on here for the process and it was also really helpful!

Hi everyone! I know it's been a long time since I've been here, just so busy with everything! We moved to the other side of the state for my new job and have been organizing everything it takes FOREVER!
Congratulations everyone, so much good news here! And good luck to those of you getting ready for interviews!
We sent in the AOS packet yesterday and are now wading through the conflicting information about how to get Issam his driver's license here in Florida. He already has his license for Morocco, but it seems he has to take the written and driving test here, from what I'm reading, but he can't do that until we get the work authorization. Which is probably good, because he really needs to improve his English, LOL. He just wants to make sure he gets a job ASAP, not one to sit around, that one!
The AOS packet wasn't too bad to assemble, hopefully we did it correctly - I almost made a mistake and sent only 985 instead of the 985 PLUS the 85 for the Biometrics - so it was good that I'm uber type A and check EVERYTHING multiple times.
A side note, the transition period has been a little difficult for Issam since our cultures are so different. We've had some very heated conversations and I have to keep reminding myself to be patient because it's asking a lot of someone to leave their family, job, country, etc. to come to a place that is completely different. He Skypes and uses Whatsapp to keep in contact and sometimes it seems too much and I get snippy about it - but again, I have to remind myself to be patient and that it's only been 6 weeks. I'm a little worried when I go back to teaching in 3 weeks how he's going to deal with being home alone without a job, but he's pretty resourceful, so hopefully he'll get out a bit and explore. We have a fitness center and pool here at the apartment complex, so that's a plus.
Anyway, good luck to those of you getting ready for interviews and congratulations again to everyone on their good news and moving forward!!!! <3

HI CAMILLA!!!!!!! WELCOME HOME!!! Hopefully you got your SSN process sorted out and that you're loving life with you honey here! We just needed the printout too for Issam, no problem and received his card in about a week. Good luck!!
-
I understand that feeling too. My husband (of only 2 weeks now!!!!) and I were stressing over this because he is from Morocco and we had heard and read so many horror stories of the Consulate denying most K1 apps due to high fraud. We stressed for nothing, the whole process was smooth and even though it took a lot of legwork and patience, we came home here to the US together on June 17 and married on the 26th. Now we're sorting through the AOS, EAD and AP paperwork - starting all over again it seems! Haha! Hang in there, you will have no problems! Best of luck!!!

If you do want to have it done professionally (which is not 100% necessary as was stated above) I used Rev.com for my husbands documents (I wasn't aware at the time that I could do it) and they were great. You can upload the document online (I just took a picture of it) and they have a 24 hour turn around. It was super easy and not expensive at all.
Thank you so much!!!
Is it in the box that says Beneficiary and has a number beginning with A and then his name underneath? It's your husband's "Alien" number. It should be on your NOA2 form.
-
Ok, sorry, one more question. The search engine is pooping out on me. On the 325A form what is the A number? I can't seem to find anything that explains what that would be. Thank you and sorry to bother you!!!
-
Thank you guys so much!!!

Oh wow, really? So I can do the translation because I'm fluent in French? And USCIS will accept that?
