Send it!..Do not wait for a checklist. Send the police certificate with a copy of your AOS bar code sheet. If you wait for them to send you a checklist you can delay your process by weeks or months. I have heard of other VJ members taking documents to the interview,but for the safe side send it to NVC.

Its recommended you have paid the AOS fee before you send out any documents.

No needs for you to type in caps, i guess that's the new thing on the internet stating you are yelling, but ok. Have yourself a pleasant rest of your day.
30 days after March 26 is May 7. April has no federal holidays, NVC is open every other business day Monday-Friday.

I'am sorry to inform you that if your case is not completed within the 60 standard days, you have the right to ask for a supervisor review. Many others have gone through this and after placing their case under supervisor review, the case is complete in no more than 2 weeks. Depending on the type of visa, you can also get your state representative or senator involved. There is nothing in life you have to "deal with" when you have the rights to have your documents reviewed in 60 days or less. Every case is different, and all cases are reviewed differently as well. But if NVC is holding your case they have the right to inform you the reason why and the correct thing to do in order to get your case completed.

Many cases are being completed in as little as 30 days or less!!..Have you checked the CEAC website for 3 N/A's..

We are in this together, i got a checklist on 04/15, my new scan date is 04/17. The bright side to this horrible roller coaster is that NVC are processing documents in as little as 30 day days or less!!..Keep strong with high hopes and one day we too will be screaming case complete

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought using the above with your case number and getting a status of "in transit" is a way of finding out whether it's left the NVC...

I have sent the checklist documents to NVC today with arrival delivery by tomorrow 04/17 at around 10:30am...I labeled every piece of document both single and double sided with my NVC case number..I made sure to submit everything including fixing the error on my affidavit of support..I have a great feeling in my heart I will too receive the best news of a case complete soon. Thank you all who have given me support,prayers,& courage to not giving up..I pray this is just a small bump to the journey of one day being with my husband.

Send both financial and supporting documents together!..
If you send financial and supporting documents separate it can delay the process.
Once you pay the AOS fee you will have to print a bar code cover sheet,it will inform you to send both financial and supporting documents together.

After you collect your Affidavit of Support form(s) and financial evidence in Step 4, and supporting documents in Step 5, you must submit all of your forms, financial evidence, and photocopies of your original civil documents in ONE package to the NVC. Your case may be significantly delayed if you fail to submit all of your documents in one package.

I sent my AOS & IV package via FedEx yesterday and i just received my confirmation email stating my package has been delivered and signed for!!!!!...I know there are many steps to still accomplish, can someone tell me what to expect next?
