Got an email confirming receipt two days after submitting and now six days after submitting I got my 3rd N/A on the ceac site, is it possible I am already at case complete? Seems crazy fast, but everyone seems to say 3 N/As is a case complete. My case is pretty straight forward, married six years, meet financial requirements without sponsor. Seems like it would be record time.

So fair she is still working for Hillary, just with a new job title now.

I called after a week, they approved right away on the phone and the IV bill showed up within 48 hours.

1.a.) How would you recommend paying the filing fee? According to the "Peru - USCIS Lima Field Office" webpage, they do "not accept debit cards, checks or U.S. Postal money orders".
Credit card? That is how I always pay for things at my consulate in São Paulo. I think unless it's a problem pregnancy you won't get expedited.

You can always call NVC to go over your DS-261 on the phone to speed things up. My IV invoice showed up 2 days after I made the call. Probably saves you some time.

I see a lot of old posts about opting in to electronic processing, but see nothing in my instructions that I need to opt in. My consulate (RDJ) allows it and it seems like I can just email documents straight to the NVCelectronic email address. Is this true? Anyone with experience? I emailed it in like that after paying both fees and completing my DS-260, will I hear any confirmation from them that they received my documents? Thanks!

I translated everything myself and maybe wrongly signed myself, didn't have any issues.

I both translated myself and signed it myself and my I-130 was approved. That isn't to say it is the right way to do it, but it worked for me. In the NVC phase at least in my country you don't need to translate anything that is in the country you are apply from's language.

Wait a minute, how did you get around not paying taxes? As far as I know, even if you work abroad and you don't get a W2, you still need to file your income with a 1099. Or have I been paying my taxes all these years for nothing? Did you get it officially exempt or did you just say you didn't have any income?
Foreign Exclusion, only pay taxes on money made over something like $96,000

What sort of help do you need? Pretty sure if the marriage certificate is in spanish and your consulate is in Mexico you don't need to translate for NVC. However you do need to translate for USCIS.

Thanks, currently the instructions say to wait until both fees are paid. I called yesterday and got them to approve my DS-261 by phone and said my IV invoice would show up soon. I think i'll wait till it is paid and send everything together, but will do it electronically. Thanks!

You sent both the AOS package and IV package before you paid your IV fees? Did you have to sign up somewhere or just send it in directly? Just trying to understand how the process works. Thanks, just trying to figure how to do this the quickest.

I am in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro Consulate) and as such have the option to go mail or electronic with my AOS and IV packages. Seems like there are some old posts about mail being faster, but I haven't found many recent posts on the topic. It would seem to be most logical that electronic would be quicker, but does anyone have any recent experience or thoughts? Thanks and sorry if this is a repost, but I couldn't find any newish threads on the topic.

Quick read of that article and it seems clear that we're only talking work visas.

June 9th NOA2, July 5th email from NVC

I think all of it is more related to work visas than to family related visas.

Medical exam was easy and fast. I had to do an xray and a syphilis blood test. The only location allowed to do it is the Fleury laboratory close to Ibirapuera park. I drove there from the doctor's office and it's not very close. They both cost me around 260 reais (my health insurance is Sulamerica and it wasn't accepted at Fleury). The doctor's appointment was around 640 reais. The sealed package and xray were ready for me to pick up at the doctor's office in less than a week. Good luck! When is your interview?
Thanks, my wife's health insurance isn't good there either. That is what I was afraid of, seems crazy expensive, but I suppose it's cheaper in reais now than a few months ago with the dollar weakened. Thanks and good luck with the interview!

Thanks for the info. Your NOA2 on June 9th - was that an e-mail notification or a hard copy?
It was the day the NOA2 was approved, I received an email. The envelope with the hard copy has a postmark on June 10th, not sure what the exact date it arrived at my house (but I live in Brasil so it took a while).

I submitted through EP last Tuesday (19th), email confirming receipt on Thursday (21), checked today and have my third N/A. Is it possible that my case is actually complete that quickly?
