Called NVC again this morning, asked them what is the update and they told me my visa is not on process yet bec i am not near to my pririoty date. question is when do they start processing my visa? my priority date is march 2015.

just question. Normally how long is the process afte NVC recieved my case? my case is in the system and process but saw some people getting response within days or just weeks. It ist because i'm a green card holder and not a citzen?

Your priority date is the date when the service center has received your form I130.

It is 13 March 2015 for the next step you have to wait the first letter from NVC or if you have the case number and your invoice number you can check the visa status on the NVC web site.

Noa1 does not give you priority date.. noa1 tells u that they recieved your application . Noa2 tells u that your application is approve ...

I called NVC and they said it still process and no visa...they gave me a priority date March 16 2016, what does this mean?? they also gave me a Case number and Invoice number, what is these for ???

you need to wait at least 30days before calling them

got mine approved june 3. i called them this morning and they said it's in the system but noy fully finished or on process .

Call and ask them if they receive your petition and ask your IIN & Case #.

30 days passed and still no response from NVC!! what to do ?

NVC supposed to contact me withing 30 days, so far it's 26 and no response from them. Do i need to email them or wait until 30 days? i'm lil bit worried..

thank you for your reply.i sent i-130 package last january 2015.i include the package i-130 form,g325a for my spouse & me with photo & signature.g-1145 form,travel ticket,our photo,me & my spouse's birth certificate,spouse's parent's afitdavit for our merriage,merriage certificate,green card copy.is it enough for me????please answer.

the only thing i did not submit is travel ticket, rather than that all of it is complete. Mine took 3 months i think to get approved .

Incomplete blank form,yes.. Nothing major..

What can i do in advance while waiting ?? so by the time i get the notice i can just submit the requirements..

Update: the reason why i got a mail of request for evidence it's bec my G-325A was incomplete. Filled the incomplete part then sent back to USCIS .

That's why it's important to keep a duplicate set of the i130 package. Do you have one? So you can review the docs that you submitted and if you left any field blank on the forms.

Anyhow, you'll receive the RFE letter soon.

how long should i wait to get my notice?? it says it was mailed 11 of may but it is already 14..
