infopass has nothing to do with interview
infopass is when you go to get I551 stamp on your passport, but the interview, they sent you a notice and most of the time you receive RFE before the interview.
i know this process is sooo stresful, but just relax you're not the only one there are a lot of people are on the same boat.

congratulations for all of you guys who got approval and good luck for all of us who are still waiting for this stressful process

Done and approved.
Got there at about 8am and was called in at 8.15am. The officer first started with my I-751 extreme hardship waiver. I was fretting about that but he asked very simple questions on it. Just about my prior marriage and whether I was circumventing the NTA I received by filing extreme hardship waiver. (I had been denied in 2011 and received an NTA) I told him I filed it based on the facts in the file and I was within my rights to file a hardship waiver if I have enough evidence and anytime before my NTA is filed in court. The NTA was never filed. He smiled and said that was true. He then said it looks good and we moved to the N400 which was approved as well.
yeaayyyy mananto, congratulationsssssssssssss i'm so happy for you!!
you received the deny in 2011 and you just passed the interview so you were waiting for 5 years, i'm just concern because i received the deny in june 2015, now it's been one year i'm still waiting for the immigration court and i didn't hear anything from them.
also what document did you present to renew your driver license? and also for the work authorization?
last question please: for the citizenship when did you apply before you complete 5 years or after?
thanks in advance and congratulations one more time!

mananto
do you have the interview with the officer or with the immigration judge? wish you good luck
-
hi guys
thank you American life for your post you're 100% right
did someone receive the denial and is waiting for the immigration court?
-
First of all you have to see an immigration lawyer as soon as possible. don't wait for interview, they send you for interview after RFE, but once the application is denied, the case is transfered to the immigration court. it may take months to schedule an appointment in front of judge. don't leave the country before you fix your status, now it's like you're on deportation process.
good luck!

Has anyone here been approved or heard anything from the USCIS? My case has been there for almost 8 months, but nothing after my biometric.
hey, i understand how much stress because we are all at the same boat, for me i received RFE after two mounths from the biometric and after four mounths i went for the interview, i wish that you receive your green card soon. don't waste your money to ask an immigration lawyer, your have a strong evidence : birth certificate of your daughter and also when you send your file there is an option at usps that you know who receives your letter signature and name so don't worry and good luck.

Hire a good immigration lawyer ASAP
thanks for your response
i have already one but he is not in town i have to wait till next week i'm just frustrated now

I-751 divorce waiver Denied

Actually, they don't denied the file immedialtely, there is RFE, interview and denied.
any way if she beleives she entered the marriage in good faith, it must be some proofs; pictures statement from freinds and family...... she can still stay and wait for the immigration court that might take years, but there is always a chance to explain her case in front of judge.
