I have not gotten mine either..case arrived at NVC on July 17, called NVC yesterday and they still don't have my case number.

Same here! Arrived at NVC on the same date yet I haven't gotten case number. How many times have you called them?

I just went through my documents to prepare to mail in my ORIGINAL marriage certificate since I got an RFE.. I was assuming that I had the same issue as BHSMama... was honestly thanking God and still thinking what else could be the cause for the RFE.... then I checked my uscis profile and saw that the i130 was also updated today (it wasn't updated 10 minutes ago....)

I opened the I130 case link and lo and behold, my I-130 was APPROVED! :D I was already happy about the RFE... thank you GOD!

After I got the welcome letter from the NVC it took around a week to get my case number assigned. I had the month long delay like most people and was unable to login to pay the AOS fee or complete the ds 261. I called daily to the NVC but they said just to wait it out and nothing they could do. I sent in 3 emails to the NVC and I think by doing this it expedited my case to the NVC. I just said I couldn't login or do anything in this stage. At the near of June I was finally able to sign in to fill the forms and fees. A few days later I got an email from the NVC responding to my previous emails and said that they handed my case to the Jakarta embassay from the delay in the process. You should have gotten your case number by now. After that each fee should clear within 5-7 days to pay the next fee or form.

Thank you for the information! I think I will ask my hubby to haunt NVC by calling them everyday.

Praise God for another year. I'm one year older today and I thank Him for His blessings and favors towards me.

Just finished the entire visa process with a completed approved interview! I was lucky enough to skip most of the nvc step and able to pay the iv fee during the interview and bring all the documents to the interview instead of having to send in the documents to the nvc. I thought the interview would be long since they hadn't reviewed all my supporting documents and i864, but it was a standard 10 minute interview with the normal questions I've seen people post on here. After the NVC sent my case to the Jakarta embassay, I was able to get my interview date within 2 weeks. Last week I went for the medical checkup and the results were ready in 5 days. Good luck to all in getting through the NVC and the rest of the visa process.

Hi, how many times did you get contact with NVC to get the status of your case? That's amazing how you skipped most of the steps. We are also in the NVC stage right now, and called them last week but they haven't assigned us number yet.

I just wanted to let everyone know that my case was approved on 7/23. Seems that they are working on the cases from February, even though the website says that they are working on cases from December, 2014. Hopefully, all of you who are still waiting will get approved very soon.

I think it takes about 3 weeks or 4 till you here from NVC , ours got approved in 9th of July and sent to NVC on 10th , no news till now

Hi, mine was also approved on July 9. My husband called NVC yesterday and my petition was received by NVC a week ago, on July 17, but we've never gotten any written news. Maybe you should try to call NVC just to make sure.

Depends, around 7-15 days. Or maybe longer. For me, my husband called NVC yesterday and we finally knew that they have received our documents on the 17th. We didn't get any notification from USCIS after the approval. Just try to call NVC after 1 week.

Im sorry guys its me again. I need help. How long will it take until I hear from NVC and get the invoice number to choose my agent and pay fees?

NVC told my husband that we have to wait for 35 days before we get to choose the agent. But we will call NVC twice a week around 2 weeks after they received our documents.

Good news my son just got approve today , February 26, approved July 24th and he already got he's visiting visa too.

IF YES, WHEN? my hubby and i are so excited to receive ours but we dont have an idea when.. We are still waiting... Coz if feb. I already replied on March filers page, but doesn't hurt to write it again. I was at VSC too with NOA1 of Feb 11. I received NOA2 via email on July 9.

Hi Rhea, I was at the same center but different filed it a month earlier. VSC with date of Feb 11 and had the approval 2 weeks ago.

Finally approved. Thank God.

So I went to igor's list and I saw someone was approved and the first NOA was the same as mine so I checked the uscis website and surprise I just got approved. Very happy. I can't even describe the feeling I still have knowing that Im approved.

I just want to share the news with all of you that my case has Been Approved! !! NOA1 February 9th 2015! I goy approval July 20th! I cannot believe it! I am currently visiting my husband, for a 2 week stay. I decided to go online just now and my surprise was to see that approval status!! I haven't even shared the news with my husband hehe.

To those that are still waiting. I want to say to not lose hope even if the processing time has been back dated to 2014. I am unsure, but I believe calling USCIS and ask about your case might help since I called on Friday the 17th of July. Although customer service wasn't so helpful. I think they still keep a record of you calling, because he did tell me that my record showed no previous calls to them. So I told them I didn't want to call because I hadn't reach the processing time of 5 months and want to give it another week or so to call and ask about my case. My thinking is that if you call before the processing time, they will respond that you haven't reach the time stated on their processing time website. So it is better to wait after your 5 month mark if possible a 7-10 days after the 5 month mark. Anyways, that is my advice.

May God hear your prayers, I too, will pray for all of you to get your approvals soon! Don't lose hope guys your approvals are on their way!

So I called the NVC and they told me that my case just got scanned into the system yesterday and we'll have to wait s month before we're able to hear from them, regarding the instructions. Our case was sent to them on the 13/07. I am so upset about that whole month to hear from them. We have other things in life to think about other than immigration. Smh!

Sorry to hear that. But at least it has been scanned now. How long did it take for you to get your case scanned? I am wondering since I am still waiting for my case to get to NVC.

Good news my US husband too my sick son to the embassy today and my son was given he's visiting/medical visa. So happy he can fly with me and my husband back to the U.S. Now cos he just turn 5 yesterday. congrat to everyone approved still waiting on my sons February 26.

Fellow February people, I too have to testify about God's goodness. My husband and I just go approved. It was approved yesterday but online was updated today. I'm so happy, called my husband to tell him and it was a very joyous moment, I wish he was here to celebrate with me.

I got approved on Friday, July 17th! My priority date was February 27.

I'm so happy! I'm visiting my husband right now, and I was so eager to get this approval. The weird thing is that they didn't notify us like it happened for the NOA1... I discovered by checking the USCIS website a few minutes ago.

I'm currently on my mobile, so I'll update my timeline later today when I get home.

Absolutely, not worried at all.. Time has been flying since marriage, and in July it's been slowing down due to my anticipation.

Just today God demonstrated his love and protection for me (went off the road and into a field, did not hit anything.) It's been a very testing day and I feel very blessed! So no matter what happens with this, I know that He has a plan and timing with a purpose.

Yes indeed, His timing is perfect! Grateful that God's love for us never fails.

I also applied for I-129F, but first was I-130. Technically, tomorrow will be my 5 month mark for the I-130. My wife and I were married only 3 weeks prior to my (I-130) NOA1 date of Feb. 12, 2015. Hopefully they will not delay too long because the last thing I wanted to do by applying to both 129F & 130 was delay processing time for either.

I don't think how long you are married prior to your I-130 would be a concern as long as it's bonafide. I was also scared before since my case was I had to leave the country back to Indonesia just a day after our marriage, plus we also applied 3 weeks after our wedding, but we just had the approval 3 days ago. Second to what mbalih said, leave it to the Master. Don't worry too much and enjoy the process.
