CC- 24th April
Interview date- 11th June

I had the same doubt
It is a CC!!! Congratulations! I have heard of people talking about 3 N/A/s and I was confused when only my AOS status changed but I called and asked NVC and they confirmed my case was complete.
Hi guys,
Just checked CEACs webpage and my AOS fee changed from PAID to N/A, but IV fee still says PAID. Does it mean CC?
I remember some people asking this same question
How did it go for you (them?)?
Thanks

Thanks.Wishing you the best of luck!
Congrats!

Hi was wondering if any of you would be able to help.
I have a 'N/A' for AOS payment as at yesterday but IV payment still shows 'Paid'. Is this a CC or does everything have to turn to 'N/A'? -
Thanks I hope so. It's been that way the entire day and I'm not sure what to make of it. Have you seen or heard of a similar scenario?
I have never heard of a scenario where the AOS was N/A and the IV was still the usual 'Paid'. Haven't been able to get thru to NVC to confirm either.
It's a CC, congrats!
-
Today our AOS fee is showing a 'N/A' but the IV section still carries the 'paid' and 'completed'. Would anyone know what this would mean? Hoping and praying for a CC

So sorry to hear about this. I really hope you get some good news soon. Your patience and faith is admirable!
Hey Guys!
Sad to report that whatever information USCIS shared with us was wrong. We woke up today to a reply to the second eRequest: still on hold due to background and security checks pending.
It was nice to have some hope but we were thrown back to the limbo. Two hundred and fifity something days and counting.
We are looking for an apartment for my husband to live in and that I can visit here and there until this situation is ressolved.
If anybody has good suggestions of websites we can use, please share!
Best,
UnaMexicana

Finishing up the DS-260 and 2 quick questions-
1) Do I include my husbands (Petitioner) son's details under information about children?
2) There's a character limitation on the text box where I need to mention my 'given names' and I can't complete my full name. Is that OK and I just include whatever fits in or do I use initials?

Congrats to everyone who's past the first hurdle. We are at the NVC stage and will be sending the pkg soon. For those who sent in the AOS & IV did you get to pay for both or was the IV stuck and you had to send the AOS sheet twice? Our IV has not been invoiced yet and so far people are stating that both packages can be sent with just the AOS sheet ?? I just want to get this all over with without a checklist.
Hi I just sent in my AOS & IV packages yesterday.
I inquired from NVC on 2 occasions and while the first agent said it is better to send the documents after paying both fee's and completing DS-260 the other agent confirmed that I could send them in right away. I have also noted on many timelines of others that the packages are sent immediately after maybe paying the AOS fee. I only waited this long as I was waiting for my police clearance.
Based on what I have read you need to use the document cover page on the NVC welcome letter, tick in the documents attached and attaché it to your package. I sent both sets of documents (pinned separately with an individual document cover letter for my AOS set and IV set) in the same package and now keeping the faith and hoping for a smooth & quick run with no checklist.
Just sharing what I've seen and done. All the best!

I also make above the 125% poverty guideline, but i turned in 6 months worth of paystubs from my jobs, my W2s for 2014, as well as my IRS transcripts for 2012-2014.
They only ask for originals at the time of the interview, so I sent all copies of our documents (birth, marriage, divorce). They will need to see his original divorce certificate though. We had to order ours through Australia and it took about a month to do so (since he only had a copy on him). Just something to keep in mind.
But just make sure that the checklist you recieved and will be submitting with your IV/AOS Package is completely checked off for what ever is applicable to your case.
Thank you so much! I have included only copies of all documents.
I will get my husband to courier the original divorce decree to me. We submitted the documents yesterday. Now just praying that every one of us have a speedy NVC processing..

Hi about to send in our AOS & IV package. Could someone let me know if the below documents should do? We are over the poverty line but thought we'll submit all the below just in case.

You're missing a pretty big step between case complete and interview: the medical.
And this differs by country, but you may need to sign up for courier stuff as well before the interview. I suggest you look at the country-specific forum as well as the instructions for your country on NVC's website. You can find the link to this in the wiki (which you should also read, as I detail what needs to be done after the case complete).
Thank you very much Saylin

My case just got completed this morning at NVC. It took 21 days from my scan date....I still can't believe it . I am keeping everyone in my prayers. Sending good vibes to you all.
Wow that's just amazing! Truly happy for you! Congratulations!

Hi does anyone know after NVC approves and sets the interview is there anything else we need to get done or is it as simple as receiving the decision at the interview and booking your plane ticket?
Just want to be prepared with everything hence the question.

Yay it finally shows as 'paid!
I completed the DS 261 and paid the AOS fee on 03.03.2015 and the confirmation receipt states that it will take 2-3 business days. It's been close to 2 weeks now and the status still shows as 'in process'!
Tried calling NVC but as usual it's impossible to get through to. Anyone else faced with a similar situation?
-
Same issue. I paid the AOS fee on 03.03.2015 and the system still shows 'in process'! I called them today to check on the delay and they said that they had an issue with their website and the rep said she has no idea when it would be in order. That I just need to keep checking the status! CRAZY!
I am in the exact same position as you. When I called Friday they said to go ahead and send both packages.
Their explanation for the slow down was that they are currently upgrading their computer system. Not sure how accurate that is though.
The lady I talked with was very apologetic.
-
Hi has your AOS payment been processed?
Scan date is that they received a package from me and it's in their system and nothing else. They will review package within 60 days or more from that date.
-
Finally got through to them and they say that their website had a issue that week and they have NO IDEA when it would be in order! This process is driving me CRAZY!
