I was a K1 holder too when i came to US, we got married and my husband added me to his insurance right away w/o any problem at all.
We then changed it when i got my GC and started working, it was cheaper to get separate insurance for myself thru my job versus my husband covering me thru his.

I've travelled to the Philippines last year with my conditional green card. Stayed there for 2 months. As long as you got your green card with you and a copy of your marriage certificate for the immigration, you're good to go.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to share my happiness to you all. I had my interview today in Abu Dhabi and was told to go back on the 30th to collect my passport back and was handed a pink paper with date and time written on it. Thanks to you all for all your replies regarding my concerns, it did helped me a lot. Again thanks everyone!
