I don't even know what to say. This process is getting more and more nerve wrecking.
It's not just that I am still waiting for the petition to be approved..no other things in my life seem to go terribly wrong, too.
This stress is freaking me out. I just want to sleep well at night, I don't want to waste my time thinking about what could happen or how long it'll take for the petition to be approved.
I just want a clear date. Or at least a date that tells me how long we have to wait to be back together in eachothers arms.
A couple of weeks ago I had prediction dates on my timelime but not anymore....THey ranges betweem end of June - mid october....

Yes, im with you!! 3 months for me, even if they had a graph or something on the USCIS website showing progress woth our file ot would help with the anxiety. Sigh...

i am counting for 5 months if i wont get approval till then i will contact USCIS as per VJ process guide Vermont is processing FEB petation then where is my approval ...... its confusing

Offfffffff. ........ I really fed up of looking the phrase "CASE WAS RECEIVED" everyday when I check my status......They better use another phrase sometimes.....lol almost 3 months and 3 days....

That looks like a NOA1, Acknowledgement of Receipt of your I-129F petition.

Thank you! For me, most of my updates arrived via text and email between 6pm to 10:30 pm. It could be anytime. Very random

I'm 71 days into TSC with no change or notification. I see others (even others at TSC) who are getting their NOA2 with NOA1 dates similar to mine. If they could give us any idea whether I too could be getting mine soon or whether I'll be one of the ones waiting much longer it would at least let us know what we had to look forward to.

THANK YOU. It is not FRAUD like some people are saying. Your intention was always to return home, just as mine was. I had NO intent to simply stay after the wedding.
