It changed today. The ones regarding an inquiry I’d made a few months back were removed too. It is strange but as always I try to reassure myself it’s just part of the whole snafu going on with their system. If it turns out they sent out the good news in error...I’ll make sure to let you know, haha!

Just got my interview scheduled on Oct 6 in Manhattan. I filed on Feb 6. Good luck to those who are waiting.

Today, I called to USCIS because my form i-485 haven't changed the status since March 20, (ready for schedule an interview) ... I already receive my Permit to Work.. But still hace that pendind and they told me that they're making interviews of cases pending since Sept 2014 so this could take a while like 4 months.... That's the answer..

Relax. I filed on Feb 3 and my i-485 status hasn't even changed to "ready to schedule..." so you're fine. Just be patient.

not had my tracking number yet for EAD. For those of you that received it, what time did it come through? Its 5pm PST at the moment. My card status was changed to mailed today

It came around 3pm EST, on the same day the status changed to card was mailed. And I never got a tracking number.

You'll have to ask them. Tell them your situation and ask if they could give you a letter. But in my experience they only do that for those who are not eligible for an SSN, not those who are waiting to get their SSN. But doesn't hurt to ask. You never know.

hi icampos, yes you can, BUT you have to provide them with a letter from the social security administration explaining why you don't have the physical card yet. If you don't have that letter they will not let you apply under any circumstances.

Hi everyone -- Just got my EAD/AP combo card today. Approved on April 27, got SMS that the card was mailed this morning. And now it's in my mailbox .

AP is approved and EAD says "Card in production" today. Still nothing about the interview. Filed Feb 6 in NYC (IR-1 visa).

Mine says between the 20th and the 23rd but yayyy for you.

Mine says April 11-15. LOL.

Congrats everyone who got good news! I'm guessing most of you are filing under K-1 visa or IR-5 (parents of a US citizen). Is there anyone here who filed under IR-1 (concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485 while in the US) and already got your updates? I'm under the impression that it takes longer to process IR-1 based applications. I'd greatly appreciate your answers. Thanks!

Successful early walk in today in Manhattan. Waiting for the interview letter and hope I don't get any RFE.

Got biometrics appointment letter today. Appointment in 10 days but I'm gonna walk in this week probably.

I just don't know why I didn't get the *PAPER* notice for I-485. I only got the PAPER notice for I-130, I-131, and I-765.

my paper notices arrived together. did you request email/SMS confirmation? you should have received notices by now. one thing you can do is take a look at your case number, they are likely in sequential order; if they are, call the number and do the automated check for case status. what you can do is try the case number before your earliest one and after your latest number: e.g. if you have three case numbers: ******19, ******20, *******21l; try to dial either ****18 or ****22; then listen to see if that's a valid case number and if the form and date match what you sent in. this is how i confirmed my missing i-131 (never got the email).

I got emails + sms confirmations for all 4 forms. But I only got paper notices for 130, 131, and 765.

I tried calling the number but it doesn't appear to be a valid number. Would you mind explaining how you confirmed it again? I'm a bit confused.

Hey prince_66. Same here. Still waiting and I saw other people with same delivery date getting their NOA1. I'm paranoid cause I didn't spell out the 00/100 cents part on my checks and I think they might return my package because of that. Been sleepless this past week .
