In case anyone was wondering, I did get through UK customs fairly easily. The customs officer asked where I would be staying, I answered "Birmingham" she asked who with and I said, "My fiance." She asked if he was a UK citizen, I said yes. She asked if I would be moving there, or would he be moving to the US. I said he's moving to the US. She asked if we had already started our visa process, and I said yes and told her I had some of the letters showing how far along we are in the process and said his medical is in the beginning of July. I showed her one letter (NOA2) and she was satisfied.
She seemed to be in a good mood, so that helps. Me and my fiance had a nice two weeks together.

Nope, the letter you receive after the NOA2. It's from the NVC that they are forwarding it to the US Embassy in London.
Funnily enough, my fiance JUST received the letter from the US Embassy in London that he can go ahead and schedule his medical and prepare for the interview. So I'm guessing everything's fine. Thanks everyone!

I do realize that, but I have no control over that so if someone wants to be rude about it, I really couldn't care less. Most everyone here has been very supportive of those who have lucked out regardless of where they are, which is how it should be unless we want this forum to only consist of bad news and sadness.

Holy cow, I am so over the moon right now and still in a bit of disbelief. It only took the USCIS 3 weeks after they originally got my petition to send me a NOA2!! I JUST got my NOA1 like two and a half weeks ago. What the heck?! I had to read the letter 10 times to make sure I was reading it right.
Now I'm in a super rush to go visit him and bring him what he'll need for the interview. So much excitement!!
I just wanted to share this here because not many people in my life realize how huge this is and I know you all will be able to appreciate how insane it is that we got it that quickly. I have no idea how this happened, but I am so thankful! Thank you, visajourney, for all your resources that helped us put together the petition so seamlessly. I can imagine I would've gotten a billion RFE's without this site.
Does anyone have any tips for what comes next? Interview and filling out forms and such?

You're absolutely right. I did not see anything on there about being directed to CSC but I did notice the letters changed to WAC (I sent in a petition last year for someone else. Long story) which I found odd but just shrugged off.
I will update my timeline. That makes a lot more sense. I'm glad they are doing that now, but so sorry you are having to deal with such delays.
