So yesterday we received a letter stating our i751 was approved and permanent resident card its on the way. Our case was received on June 27, 2017 at the Vermont center. I was really worried because I thought I did not have enough evidence. I sent copy of our lease, child birth certificate, pictures, a credit card with both of our names and that's about it and also I reported a simple assault charge we had in between each other that was eventually dropped so I was sick worried we were going to get an Interview but we did not!!!! I just got to say thank you to all the people who helped me prepare our application and to all who answered all my questions! I appreciate it !!!! and to all the people who still waiting, There is light at the end of the tunnel!!! yay !! 

Don't fight again. Ain't worth it.

Ok so I finally send my i751 yesterday! I submitted as much evidence as I possibly could; sent copy of birth certificate of our son, copy of travel itinerary that we went back to my country to visit my family, joint health insurance, 2 sworn affidavits, copy of joint lease, pictures (bunch of pictures), copy of jointly tax returns. I hope this will do it. I just wanted to say Thank you for helping me out with every little stupid question I had. this USCIS process can make you paranoid. You guys made this whole process a lot easier a lot smoother! I highly appreciate it~!!!

Hi everyone, I had my interview August 5th, we were approved. I been checking the CEAC status of our case on friday it changed from AP to ISSUED. I was wondering how long til I can actually pick up my visa? Thank you

Hi guys! thank you so much for your support. I just got back from my interview and We GOT APPROVED! everything went professional and smooth. I was asked general simple questions, when did we get married, how did we meet, when was our first date, How many times has he visited and that's it. I'm so glad I am able to breath and say this process is almost over! yay

Hello everyone! I have a quick question Im gathering all my paperwork together for the interview, is it necesarry to take a copy of our affidavit of support or not really? Thank you..

Guys OMG I just got off the phone with the NVC CASE COMPLETE Today! Checklist SD June 3rd. GOD IS GOOD!!!!! just waiting for the interview now! Thank you thank you lord!

Hello Everyone! I called the NVC early this morning, I thought my checklist SD was May 29th but according to the lady I talked to they Scanned my documents on the 3rd. They still keep saying before the holidays will be complete. finger crossed and good luck everyong waiting a CC this week!

I just got off the phone with the NVC. Lady sd documents haven't been reviewed. She sd it's ALMOST complete! And to call back before the holiday! Does this means something good??

I called today.. Nothing for me yet. Checklist SD May 29th.

OMG I get so jelly of all the people getting CC lol Congrats y'all. I cant wait. Checklist SD may 29th. I been calling the NVC once a day not to stalk so much lol and they keep saying 30 days! So I'm just here, WAITING. :cry:

I have never heard of such thing as when IV/AOS package showed received on the ceac website means they have started processing your case, those tabs usually remain as N/A. If they NVC told you they have received your case it means it has been put in the system already they told you 30 days because thats the ammount its taking to review your documents.

Aww I completelty understand her frustration and yours as well. My husband came to live with me in my country, he lost his job to come here but then he had to go back because he has responsabilities, he has to make his car pymts, my ring pymt, work so we have the money to get me my medical and save up money for an apartment, etc. He now has a new job that doesn't allow him to come visit me, my interview will probably be july or august, there has been times where I have told him I wish he could quit and come back but I can't be selfish and irresponsible. We were so so so happy before starting this process, now not so much, you go thru a lot of stress, frustration, anxiety and it's hard it really is, but what keep us strong is the love we have to each other and knowing once this is done we will be back to be happy together again. Have serious talk with her and try to make something nice for her for your anniversary. 2 months it's nothing, there's people here who go during the entire process withouth seeing their significant others. Good Luck..!!

It's fine. We did not include the checklist neither the cover letter. We are just getting the email and we sent everything a week ago. I called the NVC like an hr ago and they sd that's not a problem. that NVC has received the documents and it just needs to be updated and completed and I called TWICE both representative confirmed the same thing. I understand how you feel, I was PISSED when we found that about the checklist, I understand over a missing signature or missing taxes but over something so insifgnificant, I was frustrated, specially because we paid an atty for this to go right, we paid her $2000, we didn't have the money and we moved across the world to get it because we wanted to be sure everything was right but we all humans and make mistakes. My hubby told me this: The ammount of Sh*t we have been thru its outrageous, We didnt have money, a car, we slept at the beach one time while I was pregnant bc we were homeless and you know what? We dealed with it, we GOT over it and MOVED on, so 30 days its NOTHING on us. I certainly dunno what your situation is or what you been thru but just think about how lucky you are to have each other, to have someone who loves you. Not many people have that. WE DO!

Well that's weird. It can be normal tho. Call back tomorrow to confirm. When we sent out our civil documents and affidavit of support our tracking number showed delivered on Friday April 24th I called that day and representative told me they haven't received it yet. I called Monday and they still told me they haven't received it. On Tuesday we received an email stating they received our documents on Friday April 24th. Smh. Usually 3 N/A means CC. Keep calling, try a different cust service rep:-)

Don't worry about things you can't control. You might feel very frustrated at some point. try to stay patient, positive and strong. Try to find people here in visa journey who are going thru the same process you are going thru, someone who can encourage you and understand you. It will make things easier. Good luck!
