That is pretty aggravating after I have offered advice. Again, if your RFE is not dealt with in a timely manner, 2 months after them receiving your response, you can open a service request. I think they have to reply to those in 30d.
You can also try involving your state representative, though I do not know what your likelihood of success will be given that you will still be within the official 5 month processing time frame CSC publishes for another 3-ish months.

I'm not an expert by any means so take my comment with a grain of salt but it sounds like you need to get an attorney and file for divorce. Immigration aside, do you really want to be shut off from your child's life like that?

That's plenty of evidence, don't worry. Only thing you have to prove at this stage is having met in the previous 2 years.

Your receipt number will tell you if it's routed to California (WAC) or Texas (SRC)-you have the same receipt number until your file is forwarded to NVC, wherein you will receive a case number.
