Yes, contracts would be good. Photos from performing singing. Agreed, how did you meet is always a question. And again, never lie, they have their ways of knowing...
-
If you get back after her F-1 expires, it doesn't sound possible.
Hope you got it figured out though. Worse case, you can always travel to Thailand and marry there, or go K-1 fiance visa route.
I did K-1 through Thailand, I can help if you need.

He obviously means "bar" work, as in prostitution.
You have to take your chances and be honest in the interview.
Lying on the application about not having any other passports, something they can easily search if it's in the same name, would be an automatic denial, interview or not.
Above all, they value honesty. Although, I imagine avoiding prostitutes is probably of equal importance.
Regardless, if the travel was truly for singing, the truth will come out.
Don't short change yourself by lying.

For her to come here and visit, to see if she likes it here and wants to move here, she could come on a tourist visa, but I have read it's difficult for a young Thai woman to get it. That does not require engagement or marriage, and you can take it slow and feel your way through it. But it's not a guaranteed approval, and chances can be improved with a job, property in her name, bank account with enough funds for her trip, a travel itinerary, or a letter of invitation from your or more people. I am no expert on a tourist visa, I went the fiance visa route, but it is an option, albeit a small chance as I said. I'm sure others will have input on the matter.

Yes we have a case number. Do we need to address to the attention of someone? Or include case number somewhere?

My fiancee did not receive packet 3, but nvc site says ready for 2 weeks now. Packet 3 online doesn't have mailing instructions. Could someone please provide to me?
-
Do they return your documents with the clearance letter?
-
Do they police need original documents? Do they return them afterwards? For example NOA2 and Single Status.
-
Anybody else with experience on translating, or not, the Single Status certificate?
-
Do you get to choose your interview date?
-
Are you calling from a cell phone? Made the difference for me.
-
Has anyone been asked for NOA1 for the Police Certificate, or at any stage for that matter? The one document I forgot to send my fiancee. Seems like a scan should work too, there is nothing physical about the document.

This is the line concerning me:
Requesting letter from the embassy of the country to which the applicant plans to travel. A notice from the US Embassy regarding your case (i.e. a packet 3 cover letter) can be used for this purpose.
Did you obtain police certificate without an embassy letter?
-
We have received our NOA2, but is still at NVC. My fiancee will be in Bangkok soon, can she get the police certificate without a letter from the embassy? Can she show NOA2, my passport, a letter from me, and the downloaded packet 3 and be ok?
-
Packet 3 says to bring evidence of relationship to the interview, but has anyone included it in packet 3 to the embassy? That way they can see it ahead of time and make the interview smoother?

I just got a new job, right around the time of NOA 2. I have my last paystubs from my previous job. I have an offer letter from my new job, and I have a pay stub from this new job (matches the offer letter). Both are well above poverty. Should this be sufficient for the embassy? The offer letter is not signed, but it is on company letterhead and matches the amount of my new pay stub. Do I need to get an actual letter of employment too?
-
Does the police certificate need to be requested in person in Bangkok?
-
You're right, I tried calling. I just want them to notice my case date, but all I got was clearly scripted October 8 blah blah blah.
-
Why is that good news? They were September 18 1 month earlier, which means they are slowing down even more, again. 20 days worth of petitions in 30 days.
-
Why do you guys say that? I'm on my phone and can't read timeline data, are they processing that many more per day?
-
Does anyone have a video in Thai about the packet 3 and 4?
Which steps can we complete before receiving NOA2? Marital Status Certificate? Police Records?
-
For the letter of Intent, sign both. Print English and sign in Thai.
G325A Print your name in the box in English, I think they will use this box to file your application alphabetically. Write your name in Thai where it asks for native alphabet.
G325A form is now only 1 copy, don't worry about the 4 copies comment you've seen. see http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/357037-form-g325a-4-copies/
By the way, you're so lucky. All new filers are being routed to CSC, you will be approved in weeks, not months. She could be here in 2-3 months easy, not 10-12.

January k1 filer at tsc, hoping for approval in July/August, visa by September. Trying to plan, my fiancee has university graduation in December. If we file aos in September, I read you can schedule an info pass appointment to apply for ap. Is college graduation a good enough reason to expect ap approval?
-
In 1 month, they moved the bar less than 1 month. Even with all new petitions going to CSC.
WTH TSC?!?

Nothing crazy, but they will investigate.
Same name second passport, seems easy.
If singing is real, just prove it. They are reasonable.
